sebenarnya sy kecewa bukan dengan hotel yg saya inapi tp kecewa dengan pihak tiket.com. sy pesan kamar junior suite saat proses cek in ternyata kamar yg sy pesan tidak tersedia, dari pihak hotel di down grade ke deluxe tp smp sy cek out ga di hub oleh pihak tiket.com malah sy yg pro aktif menghubungi krn terkait selisih dana, bbrp hr kmudian selisih dana masuk rek saya tp tidak sesuai dgn nilai refund yg hrs sy terima, sumpah jadi kapok pake tiket.com padahal sblmnya udah nyaman..
soal akomodasi sih puas segalanya, keadaan kamar non smoking yg harum, kebersihan yg oke, crew hotel yg ramah dan friendly klo istirahat dihorison ultima ini keq istirahat di rumah sndiri....

Lokasi sangat strategis. Hotel bagus cuma terkesan agak seram saat malam mungkin karena bangunan lama.

Dengan berat hati saya harus katakan, pelayanan dan fasilitas cukup buruk.
1. Mendapat kamar yang tidak sesuai yg dipesan
2. Jendela kamar tidak tertutup rapat dan tidak terdapat pegangan (tidak dapat ditutup)
3. Telepon kamar dan kunci pintu tidak berfungsi (kamar awal sebelum pindah kamar di keesokan harinya)
4. Tidak ada kulkas (kamar awal sebelum pindah kamar di keesokan harinya)
5. Sudah pesan additional breakfast tetapi staf hotel tidak mengeceknya dulu bahkan menjelaskan kepada saya bahwa kamar yg saya pesan tidak termasuk additional breakfast, serta berlanjut besoknya saat mau breakfast
6. Petugas parkir menanyakan estimasi jam saya kembali ke hotel (jujur bingung untuk apa petugas parkirnya nanya)
7. Dinding lorong dan kamar agak kusam

Kamar lumayan rapih bersih. Pegawai juga ramah dan gercep. Cuman rada aneh aja sih ini listrik kamarnya ngejepret 3x padahal ga nyolokin apa-apa kecuali charger hp. Dan buat breakfast lumayan, tp buat jus semangka dan infused waternya ga enak sama sekali rasanya kaya buah semangkanya sdh mau busuk. Sisanya ok.

Arriving at around 6 pm on 23 Oct 2020 after long drive, I expected to have warm welcome as 4 star hotel, but in fact, there was no body at front desk so I rang the bell.
A man with blue batik showed up after a while with no enthusiasm, no apology but showing unfriendly gesture and voice. Moreover when I requested to unite the twin beds, he was even more unhappy.
The room was too old with so many spots on furnitures and sheets.
We ordered 2 fresh juices less sugar, the juices came after we fell a sleep, taking so long time.
A better mood came when we got breakfast, a waitress named UTARI was so friendly and helpful.
Overall, not really recommended hotel!

And for your information, there is a little play ground at the lobby.. my child enjoyed play there..

As with almost everywhere in Indonesia the staff were very friendly and eager to help. The GM even came to greet visitors at breakfast.
The public area and pool were nice, and the breakfast had a reasonable selection and variety.
The rooms were sufficiently comfortable but a little worn, especially the bathroom. The room sizes were not large.

pelayanan ramah, high respond when there is trouble especially by Mr.Angga, housekeeping jujur saat dompet tertinggal di kamar, good coordination among staffs, excellent service and delightful bbq dinner, especially by mr Jajan.

Very nice hotel, spacious room, the gm pak Aditya Maulana is very welcome, staff are friendly and helpful, good service, swimming pool is great n awsome, recommended hotel to stay when coming to serang ..... 👍
