Pelayanan front desk dan security di lobby tidak bisa tersenyum, seharusnya org hotel harus menerapkan training yang bagus kpada staafnya apalgi sebagai di depan bukan di back office.

Pertama dateng , resepsionis kosong gaada org . Akhirnya nunggu 30mnt lalu 1 org resepsionis dtg bernama wildan. Pas mau checkin dia blg mau nganter dulu . Jadi checkin bsnya pas kerjaan dia udh slesai semua
padahal saya checkin jam 5 sore
disuru tunggu lg lama padahal pgn istirahat
sampe di kamar , air panas kamar mandi ngga nyala dan sourvey untuk nulis kepuasan pelanggan sudah di isi , tetapi nama dan identitas lainnya blm di isi , saya curiga sudah diisi sm karyawan disana yang bagus" tetapi tidak ada bagus"nya sama sekali
yang ke 3
breakfast tidak layak dan amburadul . Terpaksa beli makan dr luar , mksd saya kalau tdk bs ksh breakfast yg layak jgn ksh org pilihan room smuanya ada breakfast.
Yang ke 4
waktu keesokan harinya , air wastafel , untuk buang air dan mandi semuanya habis . Lalu mandi pake ap hahaha
di tunggu sekitar 30mnt akhirnya airnya keluar
tetapi yang keluar air kotor seperti air tanah dan penuh pasir
lalu di tunggu lagi
air yg shower keluar tetapi air mendidih yang sangat panas.
Akhirnya saya checkout ngga mandi
hotel yg sangat luar biasa
sangat kecewa.

Strategic location in Jakarta Barat. Near Puri Area, near toll highways and right in the center of West Jakarta. Decent hotel for its price. No other hotels with that low price nearby, making it a good option to stay

THis hotel located near Jakarta-Tangerang Toll Road "Kebon Jeruk" West jakarta.
This hotel placed in the junction of Panjang Street and Kedoya.
This hotel also provide "single room" for solo traveller, so you can manage your budget well. But don't be worry with the cheapest price you'll get high class service

While checking in, the staffs don't even to say hello to you. There is no air con in any common areas. True sign the hotel going down hill.
The room are not maintained for a year old premises. The worst is there foot print on bed cover. Obviously there is no changing of sheets in a long time.
Nightmares continued when food were displayed on the lobby exposed to insecticide sprayed.
I did a quick checkout immediately the next morning will to burn the rest of 2 nights payment. Utterly disgusted stay ever.

The only one hotel at kedoya area, but have no good service and room. Room is humid and kinda dark. Not recommended for family. Located inside business complex. So, in out access is safe but bit difficult. Totally not comfortable, use this hotel cause near by colleague home.

The room was big, the sprei was dirty looks like they dont washed it well. Stain everywhere even the floor is clean. The bathroom very disappointed, first get in, i saw shoes marks on the floor and the water smells really bad. I gave too high expectation about this hotel since i often come to hotel 88 grogol and very satisfy. But i was wrong and never come here again.
