- Memproses check in lama padahal belum buka puasa - Ada Tambahan biaya karna membawa anak Rp. 75.000 kami bayar karena males berdebat - Kamar Sempit - Bau WC - Parkir mobil Sempit, Menanjak, berbahaya karna langsung jalan raya - Air Mati sampai 30 Menit menunggu, setelah dikomplen ke 2x baru bisa nyala karena airnya mesti dipancing dari kamar sebelah.. sebagai tamu kami tidak tau hal seperti itu tapi seakan kami disalahkan karena katanya tidak memberi tau..malah diputar balikkan.. padahal anak kami dalam waktu 30 Menit menunggu hanya memakai handuk untuk mandi - Kasur tidak sesuai dengan foto ... bed nya atas dan yang disorong dari bawah - Proses Check out lebih lama diminta uang lagi Rp. 50.000 katanya kami menambah ekstra bed.. padahal kami pesan doble twin karena biar mendapat 2 bed sedangkan yg dikasih bed atas dan yg disorong dari bawah bukan kami menurunkan bed ya...lebih parah diputer2 bahasanya katanya ketentuan hotel beda dengan reddoorz padahal ini saya pesan karena namanya ressoorz syariah lagi... ya kami tifak mau bayar lagi karena tidak sesuai dengan apa yg dikasih padahal perjalanan kami harus menempuh 11 s.d 12 Jam... bukannya kami datang bisa cepet istirahat dr perjalanan jauh eh mau pulangnpun bukannya kami bisa cepet pulang tapi pelayanannya wow kan.. kalau tidak percaya silahkan dicoba..jadi tau siapa yang bisa dipercaya..
