Lokasi ok sebagai tempat transit dari bali ke jakarta, kami cek in sudah malam , pada saat mau mandi air nya kecil , showernya ternyata ada masalah.tlp ke receptionis dan house keeping lama tdk di angkat , akhirnya saya samperin recptionis, tdk lama engenering dtg memperbaiki.. servis harus di tingkatkan lagi semua.

Check was okay, restaurant was okay, cleanliness was just okay. Breakfast crew were very not ready in the morning. Only the person that was responsible for egg station was attentive enough to serve the customer.

And I love the hospitality of the crew inside, room is ok.. water is good, AC is going normal, food is pretty tasty, lication is near from city and near from toll too..
Even the internet not so fast..

checkmy review then you'll know what to do to make better place for stay. Honestly, Neo Waru Hotel has nice location, but the services not really good. So, I think Neo Waru management has to listening what the customer said.

It’s not my first time stay at Neo Hotel Waru. I always get satisfaction during my stay. Good location; near of airport and bus station. There’s a coffee shop in front of hotel. Also mini market. Value for money

Service is good, breakfast is delicious and have many kind of foods, the room is Excellent, i had a very good time stay there and make me wanna go back and stay there.the access is fine, everything is good and fine, the price is worthy
