My workplace book me the standard room because the deluxe room was fully booked in the internet (booking site) while actually they are not when I was arrive there. the room is located in the old building and the interior is pretty decent, i mean it's old school, but yeah its pretty much accommodate the sleep and the bath. the TV is still the tube one, not the flat one, maybe because the standard room is the cheapest. But i got the queen size bed all for myself so it's pretty big and the bed is comfortable enough. the room is clean. I must say they are pay a lot of attention in the cleaning section, appreciate it. the standard room didn't have the hot water boiler for coffee or tea but they give 2 bottles of water every day if they clean your room. I stay there 3 days 2 night so I got 4 bottles of water and it was great I don't have to buy bottled water outside.
the bathroom is.. well.. old, but clean. the hot water isn't really working. they refill the amenities and towels every day and it was great, usually for cheap hotel like this (like only 250.000~) they don't give you fresh towel everyday unless you ask them to, so plus point.
actually this hotel is decent, like they have a pool, fitness center and the breakfast is good with a lot of choice from indonesian breakfast to bread, to desert and hot drinks+juice.
the receptionist are very friendly and when we have a trouble with the booking (which is my workplace's fault) they patiently wait for my workplace to do whatever they had to do, and they suggest to upgrade our room from the cheapest one to the deluxe and to just pay for differences, but since we just need it to sleep, we don't take it.
the check out time is 12pm, but my 2 coworker's flights were in the afternoon so they left the luggage inside the room but the staffs didn't charged them for extra night. I must say they are very kind and not money oriented.
the only minus point is my air condition is nearly broke, the water keep falling from the things i dont know why or how but when i wake up in the morning my room was flooding and the 2nd night it was worse and i had to put 3 towels on the floor and it still flooding. I think they know my A/C had a problem but since i don't complain they just gave me extra towel. lol. i don't really complain because I just don't want to change the room since it would be too much hassle for me.
so bottom point is the staffs are friendly, the room was clean, the standard room was very standard and kinda old. although the hotel maybe in the cheap range but it was really decent for that price with all the service they had. So I had to give them proper rating for my experience.
