Vi havde bestilt senge i et kvindedoom, men det havde de bare ignoreret. Langt fra alt og taxa er nødvendigt til alting.

Proses checkin lama hingga 40 menit karena sistem hotel dan tiket.com tidak terintegrasi dengan baik. Banyak anak magang yang sangat membantu, tetapi sangat berisik sehingga mengganggu kenyamanan. Air panas untuk mandi tidak ada. Di kamar tidak disediakan air minum, kalau mau minum harus turun ke lantai resepsionis. Remot TV tidak ada, bahkan dihidupkan dari tombol tv juga tidak bisa. Langit langit kamar bocor. Toilet sangat tidak layak seperti di foto.

Skrækkeligt hotel. Personalet kunne ikke finde vores reservation, da vi fik et værelse måtte vi bede om håndklæder og toiletpapir, lagner var beskidte. Der var ingen rengøring på værelset i de 3 dage vi var der, måtte igen bede og rene håndklæder og toiletpapir... Der var ellers rigeligt med personale. Der var ingen information om stedet og der var svært at kommunikere med personalet, vi kunne læse os til i andre anmeldelser at der var en cafe som havde morgenmad, men ingen fortalte os om det heller ikke da vi spurgte. Personalet var meget larmende om aftenen. Der er intet køleskab hvilket ville have været rart da det er varmt og mange ture starter tidligt og det derfor kunne være rart at kunne have koldt vand med. Hotellet ligger lige i udkanten af byen, men det tager kun en 10-15 min gåtur ind til midten af havnen, derudover ligger det ovenpå et supermarked, hvilket er ok.
