Hotel Peninsula, Mangga Besar

Went there last April with my friends. The room is spacious and clean. Nice bathroom. Eventhough it is budget hotel, but the service is very good and worth the money. Surely will stay here again next time.

My company sent me to Jakarta to attend a training event held at Swiss-Bell Mangga Besar, but due to the late process, i couldn't get a room there. I walk around to find another lodging, and spotted Serela Big Hotel, and took a room there just because of it's proximity to Swiss-Bell (located right next to it). Again, it has been a busy night for them, and i could only get a deluxe - no view room (without window) and i thought that it was just for tonight. To my surprise, i find the room to be worth the money i spent. This is a budget hotel after all. The room is nice and clean, the size is quite what you pay for, and every room was equipped with a safe deposit box. LCD TV, nice shower (hot & cold), and quite a nice bed. The linen were clean, and bathroom amenities are all there. Breakfast is quite nice, though they can improve more, but then again, this is a budget hotel. The staff were nice and helpful, only need to ask once and they are quick to response.

We are a family with 2 toddlers. We booked executive room for us and standard room for the kids. They dont have interconnecting rooms. Rooms are basic but clean. Breakfast was very basic .. But tasty enough. Rooms were clean. Bed was adequate but not comfortable. Bathroom was reasonably clean too, except that they don't serve hot water for shower. Water temp was capped to lukewarm only.. This is my only dissatisfaction from this hotel. For the price , one could not expect much but they were able to meet the basics especially cleanliness.

Nice room , price very good. do not provide towel in the room. I must call operator first to give towel. Air Conditioner very noisy. and parking area very very bad. Hotel around Mangga Besar are must be provide for smoking room. Security very helpfull

Environment : good looking and appearance is well presented but noisy during nighttime. Services : Staffs is ok but not really professional deliver. Facilities : is not provided properly even for toiletries item. Food variety is boring. In conclusion, even we facing the difficult situation staf need to be polite and properly understand the client expectation.
