Pesan kamar yg kingsize dikasih nya yg twin n tidak ada kamar lagi krna penuh semua
Lalu pesan kamar juga yg no smooking room, dkasih yg smooking room..
Masuk kamar, bau sekali, ternyata sarung bantal bekaa org tidak diganti, qta minta ganti, baru d ganti..
Masuk kamar, handuk tidak ada.. harus nelp 2x baru di antar, tp ternyata handuk nya bau tidak kering..
Untuk breakfast lumayan enak dan lengkap

Hotel sangat cantik, pelayanan sangat ramah, makanan room service dan restoran sangat enak, lokasi bagus dan sangat mudah untuk gofood goca, dekat dgn warung, toko, atm, restoran. Makanan breakfast bisa diperbanyak variasinya dan ditingkatkan kualitasnya.

Tempat lumayan bagus. Bisa chekin aman tanpa basah walaupun hujan deras karena ada jalur khusus mobil yang tertutup, aman dari hujan

Price, location, and meals are OK, but price is too high for 3 star hotel. Sound too loud from singers at the pool up to 5th floor atabove 9PM. Gala dinner for new year is arranged at pool side, with hot weather - no AC makes me feel not comfortable.

I booked over 15 rooms for my wedding event last week and the service from Reception teams was in the top notch !
Special mentioned for Yuli & Adrian at reception who are willing to help any request from me they just incredible sparkling to fulfill our needs. I had request several things which I am not sure they will be provide but you know what ? They will absolutely help you anything they can. Well done Front Office team.
The sales team Bianca also was excellent from the beginning. I had contacting her since the last couple months and she can adjust based on my requested.
While the service from FnB was need improvement, just my suggestion to keep on eye on the guest while they seating in your restaurant ( some other day - no one asking for room number when entering the restaurant for bfast ) but shout out for omelette guy who made the eggs really good and he is the star ! Smile and do well courtesy to the guest.
Overall, from the beginning I have chosen Santika Banyuwangi is the best decision I made.

We checked In 19 Oct and stay two nights, together with other friends we went to Banyuwangi to have company outing Mostly facilities they have consider New , room look really stunning and all equipment still function smooth including hot water , service upon check-in as well consider excellent , breakfast as well OK.
Really recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

good experience from fast check in, clean rooms, friendly staff, working wifi, and amazing breakfast buffet.
staff were always ready to help with smile. its my 3rd time to stay in this hotel and always satisfied.

We went to the Santika for two days, we found there a very professional, smiling and efficient staff! Everything was perfect (cleanliness, food, service, swimming pool, advices from the staff,...). Could only recommend this place ! Thank you !
