awalnya hanya semalam tp extence karna hotelnya keren bgt punya akses langsung ke pantai jadi setelah sarapan anak² bisa langsung berenang dipantai lanjut ke kolam, makanan enak bervariasi juga, pelayanan bagus, baik² petugas hotelnya, anak² jadi betah disini. terima kasih santika premier belitung....

Loving my room at Santika, it has private pool (lagoon type) and huge double queen size bed. I stayed with my husband. I think they don't have enough staff during holiday season as the food top up and service during breakfast were a bit slow. However, one of the male staff still manage to be so rude during my stay. On my last day, my friend bought me yamien so I had my hotel breakfast and the yamien. As soon as I open and start eating the noodle, someone came and ask whether it was made with pork or not. I said this contains pork and fish balls. He proceed to say "you are not allowed to eat this in this table because you are in the center of the table, you want to move to a section where the porky smell isnt going to be a nuisance for our muslem customer." Didn't even say sorry for the inconvinience and when I look around most of people who sit beside me, are Chinese. I did not argue and move everything and eat inside my hotel room. It is so dissapointing though. They served beer during dinner to some westerner. if they said my noodle's smell is contaminating the muslem customer, what about beer? they are in the same haram categories. Well, that's all. I hope they can train their staff better.

Saya jauh” hari booking room untuk keluarga tepat di memen ultah.. semua berjalan baik bahagia senang dan gembira, 6 ponakan di berbagai usia, mama tercinta dan kakak tercinta berkumpul.. besoknya sy extend room untuk saya sendiri niatnya mau menyepi di hari ulangtahun.. sorenya saya lihat ada live music.. lalu teman” saya datang memberi kejutan, lalu setelah makan malam berjalan ke dermaga menuju live music di beri ucapan alunan lagu dari biola dan gitar.. sungguh bahagia, ga sampai di situ, jam 9an malam ada 6 orang staff dtg ke kamar memberi kejutan lewat cake dan ucapan ultah dr hotel santika.. luar biasaa..

Saya stay bersama suami dan 1 balita Tulis note kamar view pantai & saya ultah lalu Dapat free cake, deluxe room yg dapat view kamar pantai,kolam renang, kelihatan taman jg. Saat berenang ada karyawan Pool namanya Mas SUGENG lihat Anak saya di ksh pelampung & diambilkan air putih hangat. Kami bertiga jg di fotoin. Ramah sekali dgn tamu. Semoga sehat & tambah sukses karirnya.
