Lokasi sangat bagus. Breakfast enak. Tapi fasilitas biasa saja, kamar lantai ubin bukan karpet.
Kekurangan hanya saat check in - order dari tiket.com belum masuk padahal e-ticket sudah ada 1 jam sebelumnya. Biasanya kalau kejadian seperti ini, pihak hotel mengurus check in dulu sambil paralel confirm ke tiket.com. Tapi resepsionis sangat tidak ramah, defensif berkali2 bilang bahwa ini bukan kesalahan pihak hotel dan saya diminta tunggu konfirmasi masuk ke hotel tanpa ada kejelasan kapan akan masuk. Padahal saya sudah menunjukkan e-ticket yg dari email. Sangat mengecewakan.

Overall memang bagus tp seketika hancur dikala pas sarapan saya hampir menelan isi Steples besar di dalam Kwetiaw saya, walau sdh ketusuk sdikit dkat mulut tenggorokan. Dikira buntut cabe. Saat itu jg manggil MOD dan mreka ajukan permohonan maaf sebesar2nya. Walau mreka menawarkan akan dibungkus makanan tambahan utk saya konsumsi sbg permohonan maaf. Namun krn Saya tdk ada niat cari kesempatan, Saya hanya titip evaluasi besar ke Safety Kitchennya. Semoga ada perbaikan.

ruangan fitness utk cardio terasa panas dan pengap karena ac tidak hidup.
akhirnya satu pintu harus dibuka agar ada udara segar masuk.

Kamar bersij, bener2 jalanin protokol, handuknya masih diplastikin... ok bener deh pokoknya...

We love the hotel lobby, quite and hommy. We also love the food so delicious and our favorite is the pool. Clear pool is very cozy when you swimming in early morning and the afternoon with the bintaro city view.
My children love to stay at the hotel because we can walk out around the hotel and very sinery.

Lunch time with family at Santika Hotel Bintaro
Great taste of food and beverages, low price, nice and natural ambience. All is so lovely and profesional prepared such as greeting, manner and smiling.
Anna is very talented person, skill and has a heartful attitude to serve, she reflects how the hotels serve the people properly.
Finaly, spending my time with family is a wonderful moment at santika Hotel Bintaro, and soon, deeply hope to be there in a various moment ...
See you there and always be there ....

We chose santika hotel coz it is near to the hospital n we have had nice experience staying at another santika hotel before. The service is excellent n the employees very helpful n friendly, especially fannisa who always helps us at the dine. My mother is on a wheel chair n she really feel comfort with all the help n friendly faces around her. We really recommend this hotel for family staying during any occasion.

I stayed at this hotel on 9 - 11 november 2019. This is what I call BAD and EMBARASSING SERVICE.
They definetely didnt understand "do not disturd" sign which was hanged on my room door.
I did not want to be disturbed becuse i didnt feel well.
The laundry service knocked on my door in the morning.
At around 12.00, i got Phone calls from front office like 5 times
Knocking on the door.. i guess by 2 - 3 different person and lasty by front office manager just to ask for unsettlled bill IDR 350.000 ?? (Around 26 usd)
Oyeahh..in addtion to that, the front office manager with the security waited in the corridor. Such an unecessary embarassing act from a manager
Before all that happened. In fact, I did make a phone call to Mrs. Tika (front office supervisor) before checking out. I told her that I would make payment before checking out around 12.30
FYI i would address Mrs. Tika as impolite, unrespectful and didnt value the customer.
I would like ask..

The food is great. I like the bubur kampiun and cappucino, served in the kembang sepatoe restaurant. Delicious!. To mbak Veren from the restaurant, thank you for the hospitality.
Hotels gave us a cute travelmate neck pillow as a gift.
