Kesalahan fatal, sampah orang lain masih tertinggal di kamar. Meskipun cuman plastik bersih. Apa jadinya kalo di dalam plastik terisi kotoran?
Pancuran air shower sangat lemah. Mungkin karena kamar paling ujung, tapi tetap tidak boleh jadi alasan. Apalagi menyandang nama Santika Premiere.
Sarapan kurang variatif, tentu saja corona jadi alasan. Masih bisa dimaklumi.
Untuk sikat gigi, digunakan gelas plastik sekali pakai, namun diletakkan terbalik, sedangkan tatakan gelas sedikit lebih kecil sehingga mulut gelas menyentuh pernukaan meja, yang tentu saja diragukan kebersihannya.
Secara keseluruhan, meskipun Santika Premiere ini terbilang masih bangunan baru dan lumayan mewah, namun ini adalah pengalaman paling buruk sepanjang sejarah saya nginap di santika.
Ohya, juga tidak disediakan handuk kecil untuk lap tangan maupun serbaguna lainnya. Padahal harga kamarnya juga gak turun2 amat, namun fasilitas dan pelayanan mengecewakan.
Gym dan kolam renang juga tidak beroperasi, dengan alasan pandemik. Padahal banyak hotel yang gym dan kolamnya tetap buka. Tempat fitness dan kolam renang umum saja masih bisa buka. Lebih cocok pakai alasan pengiritan karena turun harga.

Jadi awal check in itu agak sedikit lama karna kayaknya resepsionisnya masi magang gitu&kelar proses check in ternyata dia kasih tipe kamar yg salah, saya pesen king bedroom tapi tbtb malah jadi twin, rasanya tu agak bete tapi untung nya resepsionis cowo yg sudah karyawan kayaknya dia sigap banntuin&cari kamar yg beda di lantai yg sama padahal awalnya bilang penuh trnyata dia tetep nyariin&dapet. Pelayanannya oke banget&ramah banget bagi karyawan2nya, mungkin karna memang magang makanya saya wajarin, tp mungkin harus tetep dia training.
Kebersihan overall oke banget, suka banget staycation disinii, tapi sayangnya swimpool&skylounge nya masih belom bisa di akses:( untuk breakfast oke tapi mungkin di varian pastrynya masih kurang yaa..
Tapi next bakal staycation disini lagii, thankyou santikaaa

I chose this hotel since I have no where to go to celebrate New Year Eve.
The check in process was hectic due to many guests wanted to check in although I notice there were 5 staffs assisting for the process, probably due to many families wanted to check in.
Room was clean and bed was comfy, a bit dissappointing with the view, facing the next door hotel.
The new year gala dinner was great with a lot of selection, from western, chinese, japanese and indonesian food, also number of live stalls to choose.
Only a little set back, the restaurant was small whilst many guests wanted to have dinning, not to mention the entertainment ( live music, clowns) right in the middle of the restaurant which took space for roaming around.

Stayed here for 2 nights after new year eve 2020. Can't go home to Tangerang after spending new year in Jakarta because of the flooded.
The only words to summary my stay is Hotel Santika Premiere Hayam Wuruk is awesome!
Its a 4-star hotel feels like a 5-star.
Location wise, its very strategic. In the one of main road of West Jakarta. Close to Old town area and culinary district of Mangga Besar, Hayam Wuruk & Pecenongan.
If you are a shopping go'ers, this hotel also very close to Mangga Dua area.
The first time you enter the building and reception area, it feels so luxurious.
The best part of this hotel that i love is the bedroom.. got the room with Jakarta bay view (i would recommended to ask for higher floor room with the bay view). The view is spectacular! Love the floor to ceiling window... room is so bright and feels so comfy, also felt so new.
Even the hallway is very well designed and air conditioned too. Truly feels like a 5-star hotel.
Breakfast served in the restaurant at ground floor next to reception area. It serves a lot variety of Indonesian food (I think their specialty is Indonesian food). F&B choice for breakfast is excellent and taste good also.
The club lounge on the top floor also serves dinner and offer a spectacular view of Jakarta skyline.
2 nights stay is definitely not enough. Hard to find thing to complaint.. this is one of the hotel that truly makes me want to comeback.

The hotel is so great. The location is around nite life area of Jakarta. Many great restaurant around the hotel. The room is big and clean. The breakfast so great, and the staff so helpful. Ask the high floor for better view of Jakarta

I booked premium room, but the room is just face the street, and there are motorbikes passing by every 2 mins at 11pm, which I cannot fall asleep at all.
What’s more, the WIFI is extremely slow, I cannot even open my file server smoothly.
The only good part is the staff is “friendly”, they are saying, “I am sorry Mandan, but I cannot help you. “

The pillows were very extremely smelly. It was as if they never ever ever change out their pillows at all. Smell of sweat and stuff from many guests. Affected my sleep. And the towels too, very smelly. Don't they put a lifespan on their pillows at all?
