Tapi 1. Kamar yg aku huni itu seram banget. Ada banyak penghuni di kamar 501. Aku g bisa merasakan tenang. Selalu muncul di pintu utama n kaca kamar mandi. 😭😭😭
Aku suka sma semuanya.
Tapi semua nya bessst aku suka.. 😂😂❤️❤️❤️

Kebersihan kamar kurang.. gorden kena kopi bekas tamu sebelumnya tidak diganti.

staff"nya ramah, tiap papasan di sapa ramah bgt. hahaha
Sarapannya so-so enak.
Protokolnya diterapkan saat sarapan
yg kurang mungkin lauk2nya tidak panas krn ga pake panci kompor.
jadi makan bubur dingin kurang enak.
Jalan menuju ke hotel gelap, ga ada lampu jalan padahal di tengah kota.

tidak sempat menginap k sni karna ada urgent matter Dan ternyata lokasinyaa jauh sekali .. serta dalam kondisj begini pihak hotel ataupun tiket tidak bsa memberi keringanan seperti ubah schedule.

Kamarnya saya suka banget karena mengadap ke Bukit, untuk makananya Santika selalu enak mungkin karena Covid-19 makananya di antar ke kamar tidak seperti biasanya buffet. untuk kolam renang juga belum bisa di gunakan. semua oke

We found the room rate was the most expensive but still affordable, when we browsed for 3-4 stars hotels in Sukabumi, 2 days prior to our stay.
Checked in and out were served very well by Ms Ridha.
The hotel did not perform body temperature check when we came to the hotel or entered the breakfast room.
Our room on the 3rd floor was clean with comfortable bed and very clean bedsheets. We loved the high pressure of the shower.
The staff in the breakfast room served us well.
Unfortunately, we did not like any food menu we had for the breakfast. Tasteless and not warm enough.

Booked 2 rooms on August 2020, in new normal condition. This is our first time stay in Santika. Before booked the rooms, we checked the health protocol and they said they really taking it seriously on their hotel on the website.
So we finally arrived and went to our room, a bit late because the room were not ready on 2pm. But it's ok.
The two rooms look ok, until we found out on room 303, the curtain was so dirty and disgusting, and later my kids found used female underwear on room 302.
It's very unacceptable, since they boast on their tv channel in the room that they clean the room thoroughly and really serious on the health protocol at their hotel.
I can not imagine, if this is the way they clean the room, so we better not believe on what they say about the health protocol. Better avoid this hotel. Our first experience with Santika definitely not a good one, and probably we will never stay on any Santika hotels in the future.

My sister recommend this hotel when we stay in Sukabumi, cause she already stayed in here before. I know that santika in jakarta is good hotel, but not for Santika Sukabumi.
Booked this hotel for superior hollywood king bed, but i found my room in twin bed and they manipulate the bed like its king bed size! I didn’t expect much for this hotel as I knew this hotel only 3 stars hotel. I already talk to the staff named denis, and he said that this hotel doesn’t have any kingbed room!! He challenge me to write a guest comment in the room instead of apologizing. Whattt? So then why they offer king bed in agoda or other online travel agent? Very disappointed! They should train their staff how’s work at hospitality industry and change their advertising.
Beside that view from room, cleanliness, pool and breakfast was good. Maybe think hundred times to stay at this hotel again. Hope their general manager read my comment.

What's expected on a new hotel is available in this hitel, clean room, warmth hospitality. Santika is already known for great breakfast food, various food you can eat in breakfast menu. Pool is decent. Personally is a recommended hotel if you're stay @ Sukabumi

I am so glad with receptionist staff, they are very hospitality .
But for the breakfast the hotel not serving with variabel menu.
The hotel location is far enough from Downtown but still easy to go there because Sukabumi is a small city , just take 10 or 15 minute to go to Downtown.
