This is a truly super hotel. My only complaint is with the restaurant. Two out of four nights eating there were a disappointment, with the food. Breakfast was excellent. Staff all generally very nice. Only had a problem with one worker coming onto our patio in the early morning and looking into our room. Talked to reception about it and they seemed to fix it. Sometimes the wifi was a little weak in our room...had to go to the lounge area for a good connection. Spa facial treatment was a disappointment. But overall this is a truly amazing hotel.

The service by ALL the staff was beyond impeccable, and we were made to feel like royalty!!! Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti in questo paradisiaco hotel…dalle foto non rende quanto verde ci sia tutto intorno! La nostra stanza era situata appena sopra il fiume e si sentiva il rumore dell’acqua, troppo rilassante! La struttura è immersa nella natura ma nelle stanze non ci sono zanzare o altri insetti. Il personale è davvero super cordiale, sempre attento alle esigenze del cliente e con il sorriso sulle labbra. La spa è piccolina e sembra scavata all’interno di una grotta, molto bella! La colazione è nella media. Dista circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla strada principale di Ubud, non abbiamo mai preso il taxi perché la passeggiata è piacevole. Le due piscine sono molto pulite. Ci siamo trovati benissimo :)

The hotel is fantastic. Very beautiful property and amazing staff. The location is also within convenient walking distance to central Ubud and the Monkey Forest. Campuhan walking trail and Kajeng rice fields are also within walking distance. I would highly recommend this place for a stay in Ubud.

We loved the authenticity, the tranquillity and access to central Ubud. The staff were attentive and lovely, the buffet breakfast was delicious and the spa was like a movie set from a mythical movie. We loved the view over the river valley from our balcony and pool area. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return to this hotel.
