saya mendapat kamar yg menghadap runway pesawat, wah anak saya senang sekali. dan jg gak berisik kok, petugas jg sigap kalo kalo aja butuh sesuatu, kebetulan handuk yg saya dpt msh berbau minta tukar yg baru bener2 dikasih msh bau baru

Hotelnya bersih, pelayanan cukup ramah. Tp fasilitas kamarnya sangat minim jika dibandingkan dgn hotel yg dekat bandara untuk bandara ngurah rai dgn harga yg hampir mirip. Kamar sangat kecil, penataan ruangan serasa sedang menginap di rumah sakit. Kalo cm utk transit malam-pagi solo travel gpp lah, kalo bawa anak kecil not recomended. terlalu kecil kamarnya

Kamar agak sempit, kamar mandi dan toilet terpisah, ndak masalah sih, tapi pintu toilet dan pintu kamar mandinya ndak ada kunciannya

Great location around airport very close to domestic. You can find alfaexpress here. The room very clean and the staff very helpfull for us. For the price is a good deal. Thank you ibis success always, i will back again.

The staff very helpful in pandemic Covid 19 situation, they provide sanitation box & hand sanitizer in lobby. They also offer like a frozen food, as we know in this pandemic situation the hotel occupancy is very low. Very close with airport so easy if you catch early morning flight

First time stay at this hotel. this hotel is in terminal 1 and it is perfect for you if you have to catch a flight in early morning.
I got runaway view and it was fantastic!

Rooms are small but we knew that when we booked. Buy they are clean but remember that they are very basic. There are eateries down stairs and also the hotel has food and a cold beer if needed. There is a free shuttle if you need to get to T2. My only issue I had was with hotel staff giving us incorrect directions for the shuttle

I realized this hotel is located at terminal 1 while my flight (Air Asia) is arriving at terminal 2. So I called the hotel and ask if they provide a free shuttle and the receptionist (Nella) told me that it’s only until 8.30pm while I was arriving at 9.30pm. But then she finally helped me to arrange the shuttle even though it’s a very last minute request. The pickup went smoothly and fast check in. Room is small but I don’t mind of it’s just for a few hours sleep over, everything in the room works and I got the hair dryer delivered :)
