The reason why I returned to this hotel was because I had a good experience during my first time staying here a while back, but the second time was horrible. Forget the benefits you usually received as an Accor member, no matter what Accor status you were. No complimentary welcome drink/fruit plater for loyal member due to unknown reason with no apologies. The hotel was full at the time and the only available room was 2 single beds, which I don't mind. Got the room that was located near the elevator (not my favorite spot). The lighting in the room was too dimmed, not an ideal for working condition in the evening. One of the bulb by the mirror was out. The bathroom did not look as advertised in the Accor app, it was dodgy. The shower was using shower curtain and the shower floor is a hot mess. The toilet was not pleasing and its floor was dirty. I even have to ask for a bath mat, toothbrush/paste and in-room sandal as they weren't provided. Basic things like these shouldn't be asked for, in my opinion. To think the nightmare was over? No! The TV remote was not working properly, couldn't turned on/off the TV, even from the side of the TV as the buttons were locked. On top of that, one of the two water bottles have already been opened! In the mid of a pandemic, such case is NOT tolerable! Overall, it was such a bad experience for me where I don't even know if I will ever come back and stay here again. They really need to do a better room and cleaning check-up!
