Plus :
+ Lokasi hotel baik dan akses jalan tidak banjir. Saya datang karena mengungsi waktu banjir.
+ Ada pilihan tempat makan di dalam hotel sehingga tamu tidak perlu keluar lagi untuk mencari makan.
Minus :
- AC kamar power terlalu kencang, bahkan pada setting paling kecil pun.

semuanya sangat amat terbaik fasilitas n lainnya.. hanya saja d kamar 828 dan 830 pada saat saya n tmem nginep dstu kami mengalami kejadian2 aneh.Air mineral yg tiba2 jatoh padahal, gada angin. trus air di kamar mandi nyala sendiri.
padahal setiap tugas kerja saya selalu nginep disitu dari thn 2014. tidak mengalami kejadian aneh2 krna blm prnah d 2kamar trsbut. smoga hanya sy n tmen2 untk prtma n terakhir mengalami kjdian tsbut

dear,
saya pertama kali menginap di hotel ini, dari beberapa hal baik pelayanan, fasilitas juga kemudahan akses semua benar 2 bagus, terutama harga nya juga. mungkin jika ingin di tambahkan lagi untuk pengharum kamar biar lebih nyaman lagi ada aroma therapi gitu kali ya. terima kasih next time bisa jadi salah satu referensi untuk menginap

this hotel is very strategic .. located on the side of the road and near the mall. I was very helped by mr.yordan, the service was very good. very patient and know what i need, I was given the best and clean room. the view of the city outside the window is great. I will definitely come here again.

Had a very good deal using Batur meeting room for about 3 weeks. Mr. Rayan (S&M) and Mr. Harry (FB Service) were really helpful and flexible in accommodating our needs. One minor thing is about the cleanliness of the meeting room area toilets, more frequent checking will do the purpose. The hotel itself is located in a very strategic location, really good for business purpose or family staycation on weekend.

Everything was well. Friendly staff, most specially to front desk Yordan who helps me to check in late at night. Hotel is clean as well as room and lobby. Hotel is very accessible by public transportation.

All I can say is you guys all done a good job. Check in process was fast handled by the welcome staff, Ms.Vita. The room is cozy and cleanliness well maintained. We also enjoyed our breakfast as it have a lot of choices and the restaurant staffs are very helpful.
