Some staff is arrogant… I bring two kids and when breakfast, the restaurant staff reprimanded my son to sit quietly because some people was in a meeting. it's in a public place, these people are meeting in a public place (if these people want a meeting without interference, look for a private room), but my child is forbidden to play. they just played near the table where I ate and didn't disturb the others.. but they were joking so of course they made noise… if the restaurant was just for a meeting and didn't allow children to enter it should have been informed from the start. I will not take my child there. and oh yes, I stayed in the suite room (I'm a platinum accor member), but the CLOSET seat was DIRTY, YELLOW and ROUGH, very uncomfortable. should have been replaced, but still left. it's still dirty even after cleaning. not the fault of the room service, but from the hotel management who did not pay attention to items that were no longer suitable for use. and the ELEVATOR DIED on the 17th floor, the door couldn't open, the bell doesn’t ring, about 20 seconds the lift is stop and then went down to the 15th floor slowly and the door opened there. Quite shocking and scary… but the receptionist is very friendly and helpful. The room service staff is also good.
