I stayed for 3 nights. After booking, i called the hotel to request a high floor room with a nice view and late checkout on the last day. When we arrived at the hotel, the lobby was very spacious and made a good impression. I was assisted by Mr. Rudi at the check in time and he was quite friendly and fast. I was given room 808, and the view was facing the buildings in Wahid Hasyim. The condition of the room is good although the bathroom is a little puddled after use and the TV was crackled. The next day, Friday at 07.00 i called the FO to ask for breakfast because i had to go to work. But not picked up. I tried calling room service and housekeeping too but i got nothing. I got breakfast at 07.38. I went to work and left the keys at the FO (received by Mrs. Mondy). I also asked for my room to be tidied up. During the day, i called the hotel because my friend sent me a package. The phone was picked up by Mrs. Kirana and she were very quick to receive my package. When I returned to the hotel, I was served again by Mrs. Kirana. And i asked her for tissue because mine was running out. And she immediately sent tissue also toilet papers to my room. What I like, she is very friendly, quick and very careful too with my package. My room has also been cleaned. There is no problem at the first time. Saturday was quite annoying for me. I had to call the FO at 08.20 to ask for breakfast and my call was received unfriendly by Mrs. Valla. Breakfast comes at 08.49. After that, i spent time in the room and the air conditioner in my room became hot even though i didn't change the temperature at all. Housekeeping came at 12.00 but i asked for my room to be cleaned at 18.00 when i go out. The housekeeping staff agreed. At 17.00, i called housekeeping to remind, but it was not picked up. I went out at 18.00 and left the key to the FO and asked for my room to be cleaned and the AC in my room fixed. I came back at 22:10 and there were no staff standby at the FO. I asked the security to check if there any staff and it turned out that the staff office were empty. Finally i got the key at 22.24 given by Mr. William. I told him that i requested a late check out at 13.00 tomorrow. When i got to the room, my room was not made up. I was quite annoyed but very tired to complain that night. On the last day, my breakfast didn't come until 09.30 and i had to call for my breakfast again. My call was received by Mrs. Valla again. I asked for my breakfast to be delivered immediately, asked for new towels and also reminded of my late checkout at 13.00. But Mrs. Valla said that i couldn't late checkout because MY ROOM IS ALREADY SOUNDED TO CLEAN DUE TO OTHER GUESTS. I am confused because as far as i know the rooms that are still being occupied can't be given to other guests if they have not checked out. And I have requested late checkout at the beginning of the booking and have reminded Mr. William the night before. But I am very lazy to argue because she is very unfriendly and her tone is annoying like i don't understand about hotelier-things. I checkout at 12.00 and choose to be served by Mrs. Mondy because i was very disappointed with the service from Mrs. Valla. I expected good service quality from ACCOR Hotel but I didn't get it at this hotel. Please fix each room facilities especially the bathroom and IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF THE STAFF. For simple things, the way the staff picks up the guest's phone and treats the guest. I do not recommend this hotel if there is no significant improvement from all that I experienced. Thank you.
