Akibat blackout dan banjir, terpaksa ngungsi kesini.
Lokasi pinggir jalan, mudah akses.
Kamar luas dan bersih.
Air hangat tersedia.
Namun kurang sreg dengan resepsionis nya, kurang ramah . Mungkin dia lelah.
Cukup kesal di pagi hari, karena security tidak mengizinkan ojol menjemput ke lobi dengan alasan aturan manajemen. Baru kali ini ada hotel melarang ojol masuk

pada dasarnya semua pelayanan baik dan kebersihannya juga baik. namun, setiap baru membuka kamar tercium bau yang tidak enak, walaupun itu hanya sebentar (setelah ac menyala tidak lama bau tidak enak hilang) namun itu cukup mengganggu. Mohon perhatiannya untuk hal tersebut.
