We booked via Expedia and were quite frustrated never received an answer on our emails, asking about pick up and drop off. Finally we called and got assured that the pick up would work. There was a little confusion where the driver was waiting, but it was ok.
The room was clean, AC worked not as it supposed to. No coffe no sugar. The porters were helpful with our bulk of luggage. No restaurant open due to Corona. The transport to Terminal 3 worked perfectly.
