This resort was fantastic! The location was a little challenging for my driver to get to, but once we were there, it was an excellent experience. They referred me by name the entire time i was there, which made me feel very important. The pool was great, the food was great, and the room was the best! Amazing amenities, and the view was just breathtaking. I loved the complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea, and 15minute massage. The staff was very thoughtful and did an excellent job of explaining everything available to you. I will definitely be returning here.

I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to visit ubud and want to stay outside of the city center. Jannata resort and spa was fantastic! I was astounded by the resorts architecture and its seamless blend with its natural surroundings, creating a harmonious retreat for the senses, especially the yoga area.

Our 2nd visit to this amazing boutique room with an unobstructed view of jungle from our spacious terrace. The staff, the food, the room - beyond a taste of paradise and loved authentic balinese culture and local warungs, rice fields. We are returning again and have booked already to not miss out - highly recommend!!!!! not ubud town centre - but free shuttle from hotel for those wanting to experience busy town -

Hotel dan resort ini sangat bagus dan bersih. Sangat direkomendasikan untuk pasangan yang ingin berbulan madu. Tempatnya sangat indah dengan suasana hutan. Kolam renangnya sangat bagus dengan pemandangan hutan yang rimbun. Disarankan untuk memesan kamar dengan kolam renang pribadi. Tempatnya nyaman untuk beristirahat dengan suara jangkring dan binatang malam. Pelayannya ramah, wifinya cepat, parkirannya bisa menampung 6 mobil. Dan untuk sarapan, Anda bisa memesan untuk makan di kolam. Tempatnya sangat bagus untuk mengambil foto.

I and my best friend had the most amazing stay at the jannata ubud. We booked a private pool villa, and the massages were amazing. The food was also amazing! They even surprised us with a floating breakfast and a fire show. The best part? We were surrounded by stunning views and felt very close to nature. Think rice fields and fresh air. Downside? Not really. Just a headsup that its a short drive from central ubud, but they have a free shuttle so its no sweat. Overall, jannata ubud is a complete win. We highly recommend it!.

I cant believe anyone gave this property less than a fivestar rating. You will feel like royalty from the moment you walk in and are greeted by the wonderful staff until you leave. The rooms are outstanding and have that extra touch to make you feel special. I wish i could have spent more time here and would like to express my gratitude to the team for treating me so well, especially with all the nice little surprises. As a business owner myself in australia, i can appreciate the amount of work that goes into making things work this well. What a wonderful experience we had during our threenight stay at jannata. Our expectations were exceeded from beginning to end. The surroundings are breathtaking, and this place is a must for nature lovers who want to experience the balinese jungle. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. I had the good fortune to spend my birthday here, and i couldnt have asked for a more beautiful resort. Three days were not enough! A special thank you to our host wahyu for his warm welcome, and win who went above and beyond by driving us around the area. Both were very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you to the entire Jannata family for making our stay memorable. Cant wait to come back!.
