di masa pandemi memang sulit utk mengerjakan sesuatu dalam situasi yg sangat sibuk.. diperlukan management yg sangat baik... disini agak crowded pd saat check in.. ada yg lgs dpt kamar, ada yg tidak (seperti kami).. disuruh menunggu telpon... namun, ketika suatu saat ditanyakan lagi, barulah ditindaklanjuti dan dikasih kamarnya.. breakfast jg agak mengecewakan karena beberapa alat tidak berfungsi dgn baik shg sempat menunggu...

Untuk fasilitas & layanan sih sangat memuaskan, apalagi akses executive lounge nya bener2 oke banget. Cuma amenitiesnya byk yg gak lengkap seperti sandal hotel & cotton bud pdhl itu amenities standar, apalagi utk hotel sekelas bintang 5. Yg bikin pengalaman menginap saya agak menjengkelkan yaitu parkiran mobilnya ya. Pdhl saya udah tanya pada saat check in, apakah free parkir & dijawab iya tapi concierge hotelnya gak minta karcis parkir saya utk di-cap free jadi kami pikir udah included tanpa harus cap. Ketika mau keluar parkiran mobil lsg ditagih biaya parkir hampir 24 jam & disitu baru diketahui kalo harus ada cap dulu dari pihak hotel. Harusnya ketika saya tanyakan soal parkir, petugas sudah langsung mengarahkan saya utk minta cap dsb. Jadi saya tidak perlu bingung & malah jadi merugikan saya. Overall semuanya memuaskan walaupun ada bbrp hal yg masih harus diperbaiki. Trims

Kali pertama menginap di hotel di masa pandemi ini dan tentunya punya pengharapan tinggi atas hotel ini. Sayangnya pengalaman pertama menginap di hotel ini kurang berkesan. Breakfast sangat sangat biasa saja untuk ukuran hotel bintang 5. Pengaturan table utk breakfast juga sangat aneh. Tidak sesuai dengan social distancing. Masa 1 table bisa diisi oleh dua keluarga yang berbeda. Dan puncaknya adalah, saya harus membayar parkir hampir 100 ribu. Aneh, masa menginap di hotel harus bayar parkir.

Saya check in di hari Sabtu pada tanggal 31 Oktober 2020. Bayangan untuk bersantai dan staycation di hotel bintang 5 sekelas JW Marriot pupus sudah. Saya datang pukul 15.00 untuk check in, tapi antrian di lobby cukup ramai, banyak pula yang merasa kesal dan marah. Setelah menunggu sekian lama akhirnya saya diproses untuk check in. tapi ternyata kamar nya BELUM SIAP. Saya diperkenankan untuk menunggu di lobby atau di lantai 2, namun Istri saya bilang "kami ga mau ya nunggu nya di tempat ramai, nanti social distancing nya tidak ada" akhirnya kami diberikan akses di executive lounge di lantai 29, di sana ada kopi, teh, dan kue untuk dinikmati. ya sudah lah ya, kami menunggu. Sampai jam 18.00 ternyata belum ada kabar untuk kamar kami, kami coba push dengan karyawan di executive lounge. mereka pun tidak bisa menjanjikan. Jam 19.00 saya push ke front desk, tapi masih belum ada jawaban. Akhirnya karena sudah lelah jam 20.00 saya memutuskan lagi kebawah, dan ingin mengcancel saja kamar yang sudah kami pesan. Hotel sekelas JW Marriot bisa telat check in hingga berjam-jam. Setelah menunggu beberapa lama ternyata kamar kami sudah siap (gak tau ya gimana ceritanya kalo kami tetap diam saja dan tidak bergerak ke front desk, mungkin kamar kami tidak disiapkan entah sampai jam berapa). Jelas kami kecewa dan minta kompensasi atas pelayanan yang sangat buruk tersebut, akhirnya mereka memberikan fasilitas untuk check out sampai jam 16.00 dan akses untuk ke executive lounge. Apakah kompensasi tersebut cukup? menurut saya tidak, kami yang tadinya ingin beristitrahat dan bersantai malah menjadi marah-marah dan stress. Apa gunanya juga kan late check out jika kita sudah ada agenda di hari selanjutnya. Sungguh kecewa dengan pelayanan JW MARRIOT Jakarta di tanggal 31 Oktober - 1 November 2020 kemarin.

Semua oke hanya ada kurangnya mengenai free parking. Sy menginap dari tanggal 20 - 22 agustus 2020. Tetapi saat sy keluar dr hotel pada tgl 22 ags ternyata free parkingnya sudah habis dan sy hrs byr parkir selama hampir 24 jam. Sy tidak bisa balik ke receptionist untuk urus free parking karena dibelakang sy sdh banyak mobil antri keluar. Sehingga sy byr biaya parkirnya. Bukan masalah uangnya tetapi bgm bisa sy menginap sampai tgl 22 tetapi free parking sy hanya sampai tgl 21.

Had a pleasant stay for a one night staycation over the weekend. It's not crowded per se during PSBB, but there were noticable groups/families. The staffs did a good job to manage traffic flow to maintain social distance between groups. During the weekend, breakfast is served as takeouts. So it's pretty meh considering the selection of menu is very limited. Too bad it causes lots of plastics wasted for accommodating takeaways. Overall, the room is clean and feels sanitized, spacious enough with great view. Have to say the the establishment is a bit outdated in terms of design and ambience. Shoutout to Eric from Front Office, made us feel very welcome and prompt to make sure we feel safe and comfortable staying.

Untuk layanan kamar dan fasilitas hotel over all sudah bagus hanya saja sewaktu masuk welcome fruit tidak ada dan menu breakfast untuk kamar eksekutif sangat sedikit dan kurang bervariasi untuk standar five star hotel

We were fortunate enough to be quarantined in the Jakarta JW Marriott for 5 days in February of 2021. The3 hotel was treat! Although we could not leave for the 5 days, the Marriott had a great selection of food and movies to keep us happily occupied.We will certainly return to the JW Marriott to have an opportunity to see what Jakarta and the surrounding areas have to offer.

First impression of this hotel is its extraordinary level of security. But once you get inside, the sense of warmth and hospitality will welcome you as their valuable guest. Hotel is quite old for today's standard, but it's very well maintained and organized. I stayed in the Deluxe King room and good job to the hotel that my pre arrival notes was noticed, like my request of "room at the highest floor possible." The quality of service provided was succeed in maintaining JW Marriott standard, despite the difficult time experienced by hospitality industries worldwide these days. Breakfast service was amazing! Wide range of foods provided from Indonesian, Western, East Asian, fresh fruits, pastries, eggs, salads, etc. Although the breakfast service conducted with strict health protocol, the quality of service was very good and no different than pre pandemic standard. The chocolate croissant is marvelous, good job to the pastry chef! Swimming pool is not too big to compare with other hotels. However, JW Marriott Jakarta could maintain it very well and the tropical garden nearby is a plus point. The gym is also very well maintained and up to the latest standard. As highlighted, staffs are the best this hotel has. During breakfast, they were very attentive. When I waited for a glass of coffee, the staffs were always taking initiative to serve as fast as possible so you don't have to wait too long to get what you need. I would also give my biggest gratitude to one staff near the swimming pool (my bad that I forgot his name). When I asked for the nearest toilet, he did not only show me the way but also accompanied me until I reached the toilet. Although I said this is not necessary as I saw he's working, but he's willing to provide his best of personal service. Once again, another outstanding initiative by the staff of JW Marriott Jakarta! Room was great, all basic necessities are there and everything worked very well so I have no issues regarding the room as well as the bathroom and toiletries. Based on this personal experience, I would say I definitely had a great time staying here and would consider returning in the future. Keep up the outstanding service, as well as the quality of your wonderful staffs!

Well, my name is Nick from Surabaya, and first time met Diana in April 11th in the JW Marriot Mega Kuningan Executive Lounge 29th floor breakfast. She's a nice person, helpful to guests and also willing to recommend things to do inside and outside JW Marriot or Jakarta. Also she always willing to speak to me every time I take breakfast at Sailendra restaurant. And JW Marriot, you should be proud having her inside your team. Stay here two times on march and april 2021 with my kids. Stay on twin room, the bed is huge, this is perfect place for staycation. The location is nearby jakarta biggest mal (kota kasablanka, kuningan city, lotte avenue). You can also shop for grocery on farmer market on building next door. Food was awesome 5 stars quality, staff are nice, during the first visit the receipcionist (as far i remember the name is pamela) are very warm, welcoming and even presses us the elevator button. But on the second visit i have a bad experience about checkin (the queue is almost 30 minutes) and during the breakfast many condiments are not available (eg fried shallot on porridge stall and sambal on noodle stall), so i drop my score from 5 to 4.5.

Stayed there to celebrate birthday. The service was nice and fast specially the lady in front office who "smart and helpful" accommodating our needs . Decent food and shopping places next to hotel. Not has big pool but kids found "entertained" in the area. Breakfast serves with option time selection to visit.
