it took them almost 1,5hours to check us in the second room. the view was as usual: amazing. the pool is not recommended though, the water was dirty. the food was below standard for a 4standard hotel, the best thing you could eat is their bubur ayam. will I come back? of course. the beach is too beautiful.

Untuk lokasi lumayan , untuk pantainya bersih , tpi untuk kamar , sangat” mengecewakan !! Tidak ada air panas , sudah menghubungi resepsionist tpi tidak di perbaiki , atau di pindahkan kamar , sangat tidak nyaman , tidak ada sendal hotel , jdi di kamar kotor karna pakai sandal pribadi , sarung bantal dan hnduk banyak noda merah ga tau itu lipstict atau DARAH !!

Lantai teras depan hotel mesti sering di bersihkan, karena kotor lantainya sampai di kamar juga ikut jadi kotor.. Jadi risih rasanya kamar jadi gak bersih lantainya

Fasilitas yg disukai adalah lokasi pantai yang private cocok untuk kita yang mau relaksasi pikiran, view kamarnya ke laut lepas cocok untuk mentafakurri kebesaran Allah.

Hotelnya sendiri cukup nyaman.
Kebersihan sedang2 saja karena ruangan kamar agak2 berpasir.
Sabun dan sampo tidak jelas yg mana krn botolny sama, sedangkan labelny sudah lepas.
Breakfastnya cukup enak.
Untuk ke pusat kota singkawang masi cukup jauh, perlu sktr 30menit lagi.

this resort has good location with nice view. It is such ashame that it is not well maintained. For the price that i paid which was around Aud$120, i was expecting a better resort and service. Resort itself is quite dirty, not much effort put into maintaining and cleaning the place. Service from the front desk was also appalling, zero customer service. I would never stay there again.

Week end rate can be doubled compared to weekday reservation. Room in general ia good. Bed comfortable and clean. But the aircon is not to cool as for the beach we need more cooling. The resort have swimming pools and beach sitting area

the view, the atmosphere, the beach, the pool are GREAT. But the receptionist always say :"wait a minute" when you ask something and she busy doing anything else except answer your question. Need training more

They served me catastrophic mac&cheese and their chicken wings were dry af, not to mention their waitresses were the worst i’ve ever dealt with. They had this wreck attitude and showed no gratitude even when we’re about to leave.

i and friends visited Singkawang to see one of the best festival in Indonesia, Singkawang Festival, on the beginning of February 2018.
And we prefer to stay 20 km before Singkawang, at Kahyangan Resort.
The resort was so comfortable.
The circumstance and atmosphere were great. It's situated very close to the beach.
Breakfast were good.
The owner and staffs were nice, warm, and very helpful.
If come to Singkawang again, i will choose this resort again.
