Areanya bagus, asri dan sangat sejuk. Kamarnya juga bersih dan rapih. Kolam renangnya banyak lumut sehingga terlihat dekil. Sarapan nasi gorengnya juga enak. Sayang sekali saya tidak bisa makan di restoran, jadi diantar ke kamar. Pelayanannya juga baik. Fasilitas hotelnya lengkap, ada air mineral, gelas, sabun, sikat gigi, sampo, handuk, selimut, dan kamar mandi dengan air panas yang mantap. Ada juga teko elektrik yang bisa digunakan untuk susu anak. Terima kasih dan sukses selalu.

Harganya standar area Ciwidey. Banyak area parkir. Ada kolam renang yang luas. Area resortnya luas sekali, asri, sejuk. Aulanya berukuran sedang. Petugas kebersihannya sigap dalam bekerja. Suasananya jadi gelap akibat pandemi. Petugas kebersihannya ramah dengan pelayanan prima. Ada kolam renang yang luas.

Kolam renangnya oke, walaupun cuma 2, walaupun bikin gabut tapi wahana sosorosotannya tidak bagus. Tadinya saya naik sosorosotan celana yang dibuka kelingking saya, kukunya sampai copot dan tangan saya sampai tersapu ke keramik yang kena anak kecil.
