Sudah lebih dari 10 tahun saya dan keluarga apabila ke Bandung dan bermalam selalu di Hotel kartika. Ada banyak perbedaan antara management yg lama dengan yg baru. Saya sudah tidak merasakan keramah tamahan karyawan nya seperti dulu lagi. Padahal kami memilih selalu bermalam di hotel kartika apabila ke Bandung adalah karena merasa seperti dirumah tidak seperti di hotel , nyaman dan pelayanan yg penuh senyum dan ramah tamah.

Saya adalah pelanggan lebih dari 10 tahun, minimum setiap setahun sekali kami selalu bermalam di hotel ini karena kebetulan ada acara Halal Bihalal keluarga besar. Yang membuat kami selalu bermalam disini adalah ramah nya petugas hotel dari mulai security, front Office sampai ke pelayan yang membawa makanan ke kamar, hotel yang seperti rumah sendiri. Sayang sekali setelah pergantian management (ter akhir menurut petugas yg sdh lama kami kenal) semua berubah , tidak ada lagi senyum atau penyambutan yang ramah apabila kastemer masuk hotel. Sangat disayangkan akan tetapi selain kami suka bermalam disini , hotel ini juga banyak menyimpan kenangan ketika Ibu Kami masih ada sehingga susah bagi kami untuk bermalam di Bandung kalau bukan di Hotel Kartika. Untuk itu kami merindukan staff yang penuh senyum dan ramah di Hotel ini.

Lokasi hotel sangat bagus, terletak dinaaalan utama (Riau) yang dikenal sebagai salah satu spot belanja, Makan, Dan kafe. Menuju kemana saja mudah dengan akses yang tersedia. Staf hotel juga sangat ramah. Hanya saja sprei & selimut perlu diganti Karena sudah berubah warna

Hotelnya bersih, lokasinya dekat kemana-mana. Pelayanannya juga ramah. Kurangnya cuma air panasnya yang kurang panas, panasnya cuma pagi doang. Untuk sarapannya hanya bisa memilih nasi goreng atau soto. Kebetulan kami pesan nasi gorengnya rasanya lumayan sih ya.
