Mohon maaf banget bagi pengelola homestay ini, saya harus jujur ngasih reviewe,Saya memilih tempat ini karna lokasinya strategis, dekat dengan tujuan yg mau saya datangi, niatnya malam ingin istirahat dengan tenang,ternyata sangat diluar ekspektasi, kami tidak bisa tidur nyenyak karna banyak kutu kasusnya, badan bentol2 semua, sama sekali tidak bisa tidur😪, kamar mandi juga kotor, seperti tidak dibersihkan bertahun2, lantai kamar mandinya licin, pintunya rusak, AC nya juga tidak dingin sama sekali, udh probolinggo hawa nya panas banget lagi😵‍💫, ada fasilitas WiFi, tapi tidak bisa dipake karna lemoooottt pake banget, padahal routernya ada didepan kamar pas,tadi dr dalam kamar g nyampe,,sungguh terlalu... Mohon diperbaiki lagi fasilitas2 nyaa, kasur yg sudah tidak layak mohon diganti, springbed tapi rasanya tidur diatas kawat besi😔

sangat amat super parah,ga ada mirip2nya yg dipesen fotonya sama aslinya.pesen kamar apa dptnya apa,baru masuk kamar kotor bgtttt ada kecoa mati yg ud lengket di ubin,ada kecoa idupnya jg dlm kamar.temboknya lembab kotor ga terawat,kamar mandi showernya ditambal pake selotip,semprotan wcnya ga ada pencetannya alias patah,pintunya ga bisa ditutup krna gagangnya ga fungsi dan bolong gede di bagian bawah yg hrsnya lubang udara malah jebol hampir seukuran a3.kasurnya pernya udah ga nahan jadi bablas ud kaya tdr diatas kabel2 kawat rasanya,bantalnya kotor bgt jg ga ada selimut.,nyesel sey nginep disini,krna terpaksa aja ud booking di aplikasi tiket.com ini dan si hotel tdk menerima refund,yg udah kaya jebakan tampilannya sampe terlanjur pesen akhirnya hrs terima buang duit sgitu.bukan hotel murah tp sangat amat murahan sampe harga segitu aja masih mahal klo dibanding apa yg di dapat,,mana yg jaga hotelnya ga sopan cara ngomongnya si bocah kacamata ga punya tata krama .hati2 jangan liat gbrnya aja,sumpah ga sesuai,mo upload foto ga tau kenapa ga diterima fotonya ma aplikasi,,sygnya tiket.com yg ngeluarin jd percaya aja,,mohon tiket.com diperiksa hotel2 penipu begini jngan ada di aplikasi andalan ini

Hotelnya jorok... seperti tidak dirawat. Pertama masuk ke front office aja bingung soalnya pintunya nyamping. Koq ya jauh banget bedanya ama yang ada di foto. Dinding lembab... Horden banyak yang lepad kaitannya.. Lantai kaya tidak disapu, banyak remah makanan Apalagi toiletnya jorok banget, sampai ditahan supaya ga BAB😭 Sangat tidak memanusiakan manusia. Sprei juga tidak diganti, lampu remang", TV mati (cuma sebagai pajangan), air kecil banget (showernya juga udah ga layak pakai) apalagi kalau malam airnya malah dimatikan. Kebayang kalau sendiri menginap disitu... Untungnya saya ditemani .. Awalnya saya dapat kamar yang pojokan jadi tambah serem. Mau langsung check out ... Eh.. pas nyari hotel yang agak bagusan disekitar, lha yang muncul ternyata hotel ini juga tapi dengan nama yang berbeda. Hal ini saya ketahui karena vidio dan foto yang dikirim di testimoni pengalaman menginap yang dikirim konsumen. Lagian kadung bayar 2 hari, mana hotel lain agak jauh dari tempat tujuan saya. Intinya... Ini pengalaman yang sangat tidak mengenakan buat saya. Ada program seni untuk anak-anak.
