We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. At first this hotel was decent, quite worthed between the price and the facilities that offered. They also provide kichenette which quite helpful. But it was then, before the policy changed. They changed the facilities that we can use without any prior notice. The facility (pool) still stated in the description of travel app but if we want to use it we have to pay (100k). It was such a public deception. When we confirmed to the LBV CS the respond was extremely slow. They dont pick up our calls and reply our messages after our first complain. They answered after we got help from the pool guard staff and it's been more than one hour. Wasting my time! Someone who claimed to be part of the management seemed very disrespectful to us. And our case not the only one, some fellow visitors experienced the same thing as well. Although in the end we got the solution that we wanted but we were already very disappointed and discouraged us from returning to stay in LBV or any other tanjung lesung inn though previously we stayed at tanjung lesung resort or LBV quite often which make some of the staff there recognized us. Another bad experience at LBV is no water coming out of the tap in bathroom when we want to sholat subuh, not only our room but other visitor's room as well. We came to the front office and post security but no one there. LBV hotline also has no response (I dunno if there’s particular admin to handle this hotline since it took a long time to respond or no response at all). In heavy rain, we had to go back and forth. The water just came out again after 2 hours and that's after the restaurant staff came and help us. FYI, from night to morning there is no person in charge at the front office, we have to go to security if there's a problem and if security is not there then we can't do anything. The water stop running again at 10.30 am and they took a long time to fixed it. They also have a poor Wi-Fi. What a very bad experienced. Few good things in LBV are the restaurant staffs were very friendly and helpful, though you only have 2 option for Brekkie (fried rice + slices of fruit or fried noodle + slices of fruit). They also provide Netflix and you can go to lalassa beach club for free (for 2 person). The room itself quite clean and comfy. After this long review I bet their management will completely ignore it. In my opinion, they don't concern about customer satisfaction and continual improvement. They don’t respect the customer. Will i stay here again? Hmmm I don't think so.

Overall tempatnya bagus, buat yang bener2 ga mau banyak kerumunan ini sich cocok.. Jd tempatnya ga terlalu rame.. Untuk fasilitas sama breakfast bisa melipir ke tanjung lesung beach hotel karena masih 1 management.. Cuma jaraknya lumayan.. Sepanjang jalan arah ke tanjung lesung hotel bisa ngeliat monyet2 berkeliaran...

Kamar besih terawat, dan masih edisi baru di bulan Juni 2021. Pelayanan ramah, Breakfast jauh di area Tanjung Lesung Hotel, covid protokol, makanan fresh enak, omelettenya lezat juga.

Awalnya feel kurang baik karena pas masuk, ruangan masih kotor. Jadi perlu pembersihan ulang. Setelah bersih, ok lah. Ruangan kamar besar sekali dgn masing2 kamar mandi di dalam. Pelayanannya jg baik dan ramah2.
