Ceritanya belum dapet penginapan padahal udah keluar tol pandaan, iseng cari di IG ketemu mambo resort ini, langsung chat admin yang super fast respon dan diarahin buat pesan via aplikasi. Jarak dari exit tol sampai ke penginapan ga begitu jauh, disambut staff yang ramah bangeettt, oiya bangunannya baru yah, jadi nyaman banget, lokasinya oke banget, udara sejukkk dan adem. Staff lapangannya baik banget, big thanks untuk masnya, ada kendala di kamar mandi langsung ditangani, dibantuin juga pas mobil kami ada kendala padahal lagi hujan🫶🫶 Pokoknya semua 5/5 dehhh, bakal ngerekomendasiin ke temen yang lain sihh, mau ke taman safari pun deket yahh, kemarin kami ga sampe 20 menit udah sampai pintu masuk taman safari, super super rekomended pokoknya!! Wajib cobain🫶🏻🫶🏻⭐️⭐️

Pelayanan staffnya sangat ramah, hotelnya juga sangat baik dimulai dri mau checkin, afernoon tea sampai check out. Semua staff sangat membantu. Pemandangan hotel jg cakep sekali. Cuma memang akses ke kamar agak jauh dan banyak tangga jadi kalo bawa orang tua aksesnya cukup jauh dan agak susah. Tapi overall baguuus bgt. Oh ya makannya juga enak2.
