Kalau pesen dari aplikasi tiket.com, ga di kasih sarapan. Padahal di aplikasi jelas2 tertulis include sarapan 2 pax. Alasan harga lebih murah dari harga normal, itukan urusan aplikasi dengan pihak hotel. Bukan customer. Udah bbrp kali inap disini, dan ga pernah dapet sarapan dengan alasan yg sama. Namun, CS nya ramah bangetttt, apapun kebutuhan dan keluhan kami, selalu di respon dengan baik. Intinya, selain masalah sarapan, semua OK di hotel ini.

Belum ada water heater 3. Pesan kamar tipe suporior harusnya sudah dapat selimut tapi di kamar kami gak ada. 4. Ac nya berisik banget , mengganggu kenyamanan istirahat 🥲 5. Alat sholat sajadahhya butuh buat di cuci biar harum ya kak 6. Toilet duduk tapi tdak ada flush nya 🫣 Diluar kekurangan itu, cukup recommended sih buat sekedar transit/bermalam sebentar.

Sebelumnya sdh review jg, over all oke, namun menu bfast dan dinner yg monoton, ruangan yg bau lembab, serta tdk dilengkapi dgn lift menjadi bbrp hal yg mengurangi kepuasan saya saat stay 2 nights di resort ini.. akses ke WBL direct pintu belakang, tdk perlu ke luar dulu.. jika bosan dan mau ajak anak2 ke Zoo Maharani jg dekat.. yg bawa anak, mending pilih lantai 1 akses pantai dan pool.. thank you

View sudah pasti oke, namun kamar mandi dan ruangan bau lembab yg cukup menyengat, sebaiknya perlu membawa pengharum ruangan sendiri.. yg membawa anak2, sebaiknya pilih lantai 1 yg lgsg akses pool/pantai, sehingga tidak capek turun naik, krn hotel ini tdk dilengkapi dgn lift.. utk menu makanan sangat monoton, kebetulan saya ambil 2nights plus paket bfast + dinner, tiap makan menunya kurang lebih sama, selalu berulang2, mie goreng dan nasgor ikan asin selalu ada, buah selalu sama pepaya+melon+semangka, menu yg habis lama direfill kembali.. oleh krn itu, tiap makan malam saya selalu pesan menu resto yg lainnya.. over all, anak2 happy bisa main di pantai dan pool.. thank you
