Tempatnya menyenangkan, kolam renang bagus tp ga sempat coba makanan krn menghindari kerumunan aja. Lain kali kesini lagi.

Got the room above 2 PM which is more than the check in time they mention earlier, the AC wasn't working well and far from the expectation that I can sleep well during the night since a lot of mosquitoes were making sounds over my ears. Even worse, I need to provide my own insect repellent the next day. Stay for more than one night here is absolutely bad idea.

Got a cottage because rooms were full.
With price given, it's absolute terrible when you get non working AC and its size was small compared to size of room. 1 AC just blowing wind without any freon inside, making the room is very hot on afternoon.
Electricity near the table were broken and unusable.
Toilet was poor, dirty, and smelly, and water stopped flowing for few hours.
Food was OK, though cottage guest need to travel to main building at breakfast time because cottages were quite far, around 500-800m from main building.
Too many mosquitos.
In summary, cottages here are not getting enough maintenance everyday. Avoid choosing cottages if you happen to visit Serang and choose to stay at this hotel.

I booked for 4 rooms and its better only one night. Because when we swimming , we tried to order some food and beverage and no one come to pick up our oreder until more or less 40 minutes, otherwise we try to come to waiter/waitress at the restaurant, and they said they still busy and fully of order. What a Shame it is ? I am hotellier , i am sure i know that answer is not allowed. And we arrived at our room and plug in electricity besides the TV is not operating well. Otherwise we move to the other hotel tomorrow, to make our long weekend perfect. Thank you, i hope this comment will make this property going better.

I stayed overnight at Le Dian on a business trip. The hotel was a bit old, but still well maintained. It gives you everything you need.
Check in was smooth. Staff very friendly. Food was good. Plenty of options to choose from.
Overall I had a good stay.

Excellent service with reasonable price. The staff were very friendly, it was impressive to see them patiently and passionately explained about the information that I need. They were smiley, polite, and professional. The internet connection and the breakfast was very good. I stayed for 2 nights and all the staff were sincerely greet me by name with a smile. The swimming pool is very beautiful (tips: take the room with pool view). There is a Fitness Center, Spa and Tennis Court. Wait... there's a cottages as well. Hmm... WILL COME BACK FOR SURE!
