Menginap di hotel di malam tahun baru sebenarnya keputusan mendadak, tidak direncanakan. Alhamdulillah lewat tiket.com bisa dapat kamar yang bagus dan masih ok harganya di tengah momen tahun baruan dalam waktu yang cukup mepet. Saya dan keluarga bisa kemudian ikut mengamati keramaian Tahun Baru di tengah Jakarta, meskipun juga di tengah hujan. Thanks Tiket.com.

The hotel has very good service, attentive and understanding staff. We were compensated our swimming from their poolside function with transferring to nearby property where having very good pool facilities that day. Bedroom was awesome, nice, clean, classy and comfortable. Breakfast is great for foreigners family like us who prefer more of international choices and quality. Sauna and steamroom in spa services are great and standard. Just their swimming pool area that can be improved.

I would like to thank to all the staff who made my holoday and my stay at Le Meridien memorable. Most staff I talked here was very friendly, kindness, service minded, and professional. Even though the hotel itself is aged and some facilities are not modern, services are excellent. The bed room was large enough and stylish bathroom was well maintained cleanliness. I will definitely choose this hotel again whenever i'm back in Jakarta.

Best Lebanese authentic restaurant in town for quality food, they maintain a good sort of tasty middle eastern dishes and variable menu. I visit often every while I touch down Jakarta my latest visit last month never failed me the Lebanese food taste except the idea of Indian dishes introduced that as I understand a promo for a while that’s in my opinion against a signature Mediterranean concept of a unique fine dining place. Lastly for guest safety provide disposable pipe with Shisha!

Dearest Management, I love to stay at Le Meridien Jakarta because the hospitality, the friendly of your teams who treat Us 'Guest' as family, since mr.iswanto, mr.niki, oky era even different GM era and i have stay in so many luxury marriot property without complain, i give good feedback at my social media, also 3 account of teio advisor.But, yesterday i was surprise dissapointly by your staf Ikhsan from FB service who's yelling to my Huny in the morning when take my breakfast to my room. His yell "Bapak, besok lagi kalau mau sarapan turun ke bawah ya, sekarang sudah tidak ada lagi antar2 ke ruangan!paham pak jaka?!". What an unpolitely..We never ask this kind of treat, Chef Budi who offering Us and he must count the cost before offeeing Us. A good hotel with javanese atmosphere that made me feel so homie...unbelievable Ihsan make his duty as a joke by disrespecting guest 'titanium marriot member' and by his careless about job hand over, job line up. Seriously?5 star hotel. Ihsan disrespecting other staff at le meridien who working with full dedication, give their best performance, fighting with Covid 19 risk, where everybody trying to raise from 60% more downgrade of Indonesian tourism and he make a joke,what a selfish unappropriate hotelier man. In front of guest he can did that, i cant imagine what he did behind Us.

This hotel was a special hotel. It is a second home for me because the entire staff is top of the world. The friendliness and courtesy cannot be beaten. I have been on the road and have been traveling around the world for more than 34 years, but no other hotel can match Le Meridien Jakarta's family atmosphere. Last year alone, I spent more than 25 nights here. Before the change of the GM, I was greeted friendly by the "old" GM at a meeting in the hallway, now not even a small smile is possible. Then one of the best managers (Arya) said goodbye and left a big gap, which was very well compensated by the friendly staff. Now I have heard that a large part of the staff has been fired and is to be replaced by "contract staff". (How should it be possible for that new staff to identify with the hotel if it is not permanently employed? It is not possible to beat the ) It is not possible to replace the professional and at the same time warm demeanor of the "old" staff because everyone has done their job more than 100%. I will visit the hotel again and if the atmosphere familiar to me is missing, it was my last visit. Remember cheaper will be more expensive on the long run!!!!!

During this trip, I was given one of the hotel’s newly renovated suites and the stay was very pleasant. The hotel provides a wide range of dinning options and it is a great place for lunch with ample space for meetings and discussions. The hotel staff were all very friendly and the service was just outstanding. Compliments to Adie @ the Front Desk, Mengala @ La Brasserie, Ridwan @ Al Nafoura, Sera Nurma @ the Club Lounge.
