Dearest Management, I love to stay at Le Meridien Jakarta because the hospitality, the friendly of your teams who treat Us 'Guest' as family, since mr.iswanto, mr.niki, oky era even different GM era and i have stay in so many luxury marriot property without complain, i give good feedback at my social media, also 3 account of teio advisor.But, yesterday i was surprise dissapointly by your staf Ikhsan from FB service who's yelling to my Huny in the morning when take my breakfast to my room. His yell "Bapak, besok lagi kalau mau sarapan turun ke bawah ya, sekarang sudah tidak ada lagi antar2 ke ruangan!paham pak jaka?!". What an unpolitely..We never ask this kind of treat, Chef Budi who offering Us and he must count the cost before offeeing Us. A good hotel with javanese atmosphere that made me feel so homie...unbelievable Ihsan make his duty as a joke by disrespecting guest 'titanium marriot member' and by his careless about job hand over, job line up. Seriously?5 star hotel. Ihsan disrespecting other staff at le meridien who working with full dedication, give their best performance, fighting with Covid 19 risk, where everybody trying to raise from 60% more downgrade of Indonesian tourism and he make a joke,what a selfish unappropriate hotelier man. In front of guest he can did that, i cant imagine what he did behind Us.
