First checkin its quite ok. But the reception didnt give me a breakfast voucher. (I paid included breakfast). My room its hard to open it! I must went down to change my key. The room its smely from the bathroom. At night its so noise from lobby cafe. The sound heard from my room at 5 floor. I'm not recomend for this hotel. Its only cheap but its so ugly.

We have family tour in Jakarta tourist package agency select the hotel Losari Roxy hotel in Jakarta.
When we enter the room first bad smell comes to our nose, room not clean properly toilet commode flash not work properly.
Door lock card always problematic most of the time door not open.
Hotel location is main road side,hotel staff are friendly but poor English skill,difficult to understand them properly.
Breakfast and other food are testy and cheap.
Overall hotel maintenance not up to the mark.
I hope they improved there quality service.

The staff are very friendly. The rooms are reasonable price. Clean with hot showers. They take credit cards, as well have an atm 🏧. The restaurant down stairs is good. They have a car and disco sort of thing at nights. Situated on main Rd. Close to many cafes and shops. Public transport aplenty. Rooms are clean and fresh linen, with aircond, satellite TV etc. They have in-house massage, very reasonable and professional too. I've stayed here a few times over the yrs. It's a lot better this time after renovations etc

The check in process is fairly fast Staff are very friendly and helpful.Good location and for the price you pay, it's value for money. Breakfast is not that good but can fill you up good. Good enough for budget traveler.

1. Wifi available, but good luck, i don't even know if internet available, can't even connect
2. Toilet stink like public toilet, rusty metal, water not run smoothly
3. No remote tv at first, you must ask house keeping first
4. No towel, also ask housekeeping.
5. Enter toilet at the first time, saw toothbrush glass with half full water inside.
6. Stain on bed sheet, no 'fresh feel' whatsoever (i think it been days since the last time it washed)
7. Breakfast was ok, but, this is the crucial one, saw the waiter spraying room freshener IN FRONT OF food plates and food, i honestly don't know what is he thinking
8. Order for food, came hour later.
9. Leaked air con water, not for small amount, i even put bowl there
1/5, don't even try.
