Kamarnya oke, tp bau asap rokok terutama di koridor. Dr awal pesan kamar via ticket.com sdh notes kalau maunya large bed dan nonsmoking room. Tp sprtnya notes pemesanan tdk dihiraukan ya jd dikasih ya kamar di lantai yg smoking trus pas check in receptionist blgnya "twin bed ya bu", disitu lgsg reflek setengah kesel krn kan pesanan sdh ditulis. Hrsnya pihak hotel baca notes-nya krn ngga smua org bs tdr dgn bau asap rokok.

Padahal kita uda tulis. No smooking.

Kiriman brg kami dari Grab Express terbengkalai di Reception. Petugas hotel bpk Setiawan & ibu Safira memperlakukan kami dgn sikap yg kurang pantas. Setelah melalui perdebatan yg panjang, akhirnya brg kiriman kami di temukan. Sikap yg tdk mencerminkan profesi sebagai karyawan yg bekerja di Jasa Perhotelan... Mohon perhatian nya..!!! Terima kasih

The room is good not to small ,Thanks to rully for a warm welcoming and quick Check-in process.I like the place because in the night there is so many street food and mini market.All staff is friendly.

This is my second stay in Luminor Kota, room was cozy and cleaned, breakfast was so so, all staff very attractive and serve me well good, definitly i will return to this hotel. Good communication with staff in restaurant his name is Yabo if i wasnt mistaken.

I was satisfied with Luminor Hotel Kota, start from their services, products, and facilities.
Nice Lobby, Helpful Staff, Good Taste of buffet breakfast.
Nice room, nice View ( mangga besar street), close to food street.

What a great experience when visiting this hotel for conference meeting.
The frontliner staff from reception through restaurant was proving that they had very well trained as hospitality person.
The ambience in all hotel areas was very warmth and comfy.
The best part of my day in the hotel is when having lunch. Several dishes were served in proper and appropriate settings and not forget to mention is The Lamien Noodles. One of the best that I ever had.
Great Job and thanks for all your hard work Luminor Hotel Kota.
Will come back again for sure.
