Untuk kamarnya memuaskan: bersih, kenyamanan terjamin, toiletries, semua lengkap dengan harga yang ramah di kantong. Lokasi hotel juga terletak di pusat kota Jakarta yang mudah dijangkau. Hanya menu breakfast yang perlu diperbaiki kualitas dan rasanya, serta tata letaknya. Breakfast disajikan secara buffet, namun menu makanan diletakkan jauh sekali di ujung restoran, padahal terdapat island di tengah restoran untuk tempat menaruh makanan. Cita rasa makanan juga perlu diperbaiki dan kalau bisa varian menu breakfast diperbanyak.

Seneng banget akhirnya bisa nginep disini dengan harga yg affordable! Belinya pas lgi saleprise di tiket com lagi. Saya jabarkan kelebihan dan kekurangannya dibawah sbb:
Kelebihan:
1. Lokasi: Lokasi uda pasti bagus krn depan hotel bnyak makanan dan pusat kuliner juga, tinggal jalan kaki ke depan.
2. Fasilitas kamar: Kamar bagus, kasur empuk, bantal empuk, dingin, fasilitas di kamar juga lengkap.
3. Harga: krn lagi diskon jadi okelah utk hotel bintang 4
Kekurangan:
1. Staff kurang ramah dalam menyapa dan melayani tamu (spt nya sdm sedang dikurangi?)
2. Lift hanya dinyalakan 1 dari 3 lift, mungkin krn efisiensi listrik (wajar lagi corona)
3. Handuk nya bau apek sekali , mohon diperhatikan. Mau minta ganti tpi tanggung cuma nginep semalem soalnya
4. Suara pipa air kamar mandi dari kamar sebelah berisik sekali tiap ada yg mandi di kamar sebelah dan kamar tidak kedap krn suara anak kecil teriak2 sgt mengganggu dari kamar sebelah
5. Saluran tv kabel hanya fox movies saja tdk ada HBO dan gambar tv nya belom HD, tapi untung bawa mi box jadi bsa ntn netflix
Mungkin ke depannya bisa diperbaiki lagi krn hotel bintang 4 dgn layanan yg diharapkan sesuai dgn kualitas hotelnya.
Next bakal kesini lagi kalo promo lagi ato coba luminor yg di mangga besar (lebih baru hotelnya).

Lokasi yg dekat ke pusat kuliner dan mall. Staff verry helpfull. Kebersihan kamar ok dan hotel msh baru jd semua masih bgs. Breakfast beragam menu dan enak. Keluarga besar sangat senang tinggal di hotel

The interior is all great based on the rent price. I also have no problem with the cleanliness as well.
But, I am experiencing a full of unpleasant experiences even within 1 hour after I checked in!
First of all, a group of people can enter to inside my room based on their keys! Phewm, fortunately I am still fully clothed and not taking a bath. This family said that they were given the wrong keys by the receptionist.
Next, my Air-Con is not working well. The room was very hot. At the beginning, I thought it's happening in all rooms until I saw a housekeeper cleaning a room in front of mine and realized this room is quite cool.
Then, I asked the receptionist to change the room and they said the hotel was fully booked for double bed and all guests have checked in.
Wow, what a full of lies here. The room in front of mine is also double bed and nobody entered there yet. I also opened several hotel booking apps and checked this hotel still have double bed room avaliable for this same day!

The room is not bad and clean although it is rather hot (or the AC is working poorly). The mattress is good, but the bed is too short for a tall person like me (1.90). What I really dislike about this place is the loudness of the music at breakfast. It seems you are attending a disco, rather than having breakfast. Even the music on the corridor to the room is that loud that it irritates you when at your room. What is the point of it? Does the hotel wants it quests to be awake?

Many times had stayed in this hotel. The location was perfect in the heart of business and government area. The breakfast was so tasty with typically Indonesian traditional foods, though they also served international food. The front desk staffs were so nice and helpful to handle any circumstances of my requests. Perfect for a long or short business stay!

One of good hotel in pecenongan area for seen, look and find something to eat around Jakarta. The hotel is good, the ambience also good, environment also ok and staff are very friendly is more welcoming you into the Hotel.

Although the rooms are not spacious, but this hotel is located in the crossroads of the bustle of Central Jakarta, with its culinary appeal around it. A short visit also becomes meaningful with all the facilities available, both by this hotel and the surrounding environment.
