Awalnya agak kecewa karena late check in, kondisinya kotor dan tidak disediakan air minum, kemudian sy info ownernya, sangat responsif dan komunikatif, langsung hari yg sama sy info kamar dibersihkan kembali dan diberikan aqua kemasan besar beserta galon, pelayanannya luar biasa 👍👍

Liburan tidak hanya tentang atraksi, namun juga tempat menginap menjadi hal yang penting. Di apartemen ini lokasi sangat bagus. Dekat dengan mall, ada di pusat kota dan sangat nyaman. Sangat merekomendasikan tempat ini.

Lokasinya yang dekat dengan Mall Taman Anggrek, Mall Central Park dan NEO Soho memudahkan bagi yang hobby belanja. Kamarnya bersih dan disediakan handuk.

Meeting room is good and clean with the excellent service (thanks to Ms Syieren and team), good coordination and fast respond if you need any help
They serve delicious snack and lunch.
Verry recommended place for meeting.
The most important is the safety protocol very good..

Ms Syieren, Mr Taufan, dwinanto, fajar, joko n prima...have a good coordinate.

The staffs here are very friendly. I absolutely enjoy staying at Pullman Central Park. I forgot some things at my room during checkout so I contacted the hotel. There is no hassle in the process of getting my belongings. One of the staff, Haris, prepared the items neatly and all of them are intact. Very nice!

I enjoyed the experience while staying here overall.
Loved the guest room as far, desk and bathroom are my favorites. Comfort bed also made me sleep well.
Great place to stay, spacious suite, and love the art works & decorations along the corridors.
Welcome drink is something new for me, nice complementary..
About room decoration, my colleague gives an advise to not choosing person face painting, kinda bit scary when the night comes and lights being turned off, hehehe..
Breakfast is great too with friendly chef in each station, even with limited menu available.
Hope we can stay back here on another occasion..
