Pertama kali kesini tempatnya cukup bersih, namun pengalaman kemarin kebersihannya kurang. Namun teratasi oleh pelayanan HK yang tanggap. Tempat parkir mobil atau motor tlg diperhatikan lagi, terutama motor

Lokasi parkir motor terlalu kecil, fasilitas yg berkurang dari terakhir kali menginap (beberapa dimonetisasi), agak rame karna suara dari kamar sebelah yg terdengar hingga ruangan. Untuk keramahan karyawan cukup ramah tapi masih bisa ditingkatkan kembali

Ruangan bersih, room service tanggap secara cepat, yg terpenting lokasi strategis, dekat pusat perbelanjaan & kuliner terkenal di surabaya (bebek sinjay, rawon setan, soto, dll)

best hotel to have staycation! nyaman, bersih, akses mudah kemana2, cari oleh2 tinggal nyebrang, ke bebek sinjay tinggal jalan ke kanan. menu sarapan oke. will be glad to be back here soon!

Suitable for business traveller, but i'm not sure for long term stay. Limited parking area. Need improvement for cleanliness in the bathroom, many black stain on the wall. Many restaurants surrounding. Fast check-in time but not for the check-out time.

Maxone is a group of hotels in local Indonesia brand. It is chic,simple and in minimalist style. Suitable for youngster that like effective space concept in the design. The hotel has same design in the whole Indonesia. I stayed at this inexpensive hotel for three nights and it was great. The location is in the center with Tunjungan Plaza huge mall just five minutes walk. A lot of eateries nearby. Tidar road is not a big road but also busy with traffic. The lobby is not huge but have space to sit. The hotel is compact and the lighting is not too bright. There is free wifi although not great. The bathroom is small and the shower cubicle has fold-able chair to sit while having rain shower. Toilet amenities is complete with tooth brush, comb, ear cotton etc. Free coffee kettle and two bottles of complimentary water everyday. As you have the option for breakfast as I don't take it then I can't comment about the taste. At 7th floor there is a sky lounge to enjoy drinks and life music during dusk until midnight. Considering the location and price this is the best option to stay at Maxone Hotel during your stay at Surabaya. Public transportation is not really happen in Surabaya, but you can use the environment friendly "Suroboyo Bus" (pay by exchanging used plastic bottle). This bus will stop in front of JW Marriott hotel then walk straight through the traffic light and you will arrive at Maxone hotel.

Hotel located in the city center near the mall, opposite the hotel has a very good Chinese restaurant and the famous President Ayam Goreng. The hotel room is standard, price is very affordable, Staff is polite and helpful.

It was my second booking and it turned great similar with my last stay. Easy early check in, close to Tunjungan plaza and wide variation of food arounds. Same little problem with sewage like smell when turning the hot water on but it only lasts around 5sec. Staff was really helpful and friendly. Spacious and really comfy bed. Really worth the penny.

The hotel is perfect, with 3 stars, and i got more than i expect. Overall, the room : size, cleanliness, and amenities are good. The staffs are so helpful. There is skybar at 7th floor, so great, fun, with satisfied food and beverage. I love to get here all night, listening good music. You can find a lot of delicious foods near the hotel, especially at kedungdoro. Just walk and you will smell nice foods. And the price is so affordable. Try it.
