nginep disini dapet harga sangat terjangkau 😁 tempatnya strategis disekitar hotel banyak tempat makan, Minimarket, dekat monkey forest. kalau mau ke pasar ubud juga nggak terlalu jauh. kebersihan baik. fasilitas juga oke lah. kamar bersih & nyaman. breakfast juga enak. banyak spot foto. pelayanan staff ramah. next bakal nginep disini lagi 😊

Pelayannya cuek dan kurang peka.
Saya bawa anak 2 thn dan 8 bulan sangat susah krn tidak ada kompor listrik untuk air panas dan tidak ada kulkal

Saya dulu sudah pernah tinggal hotel ini kesannya bersih dan suka dengan nuansa dan lantai kamarnya.skarang saya balik lagi kondisinya msh sama bagusnya.tetap di jaga kebersihannya terus aja biar orang nyaman untuk tinggal di hotel max one ubud

Hotel nya bersih, kamar ny luas dan nyaman, pemandangan di rooftop ny sangat bagus saat pagi hari, pilihan menu breakfast ny banyak dan enak. Sayang ny, tidak bisa mencoba kolam renang karna under maintenance selama saya menginap disana.

Rooftop poolnya asyik, satpamnya ramah, house keepingnya ramah dan cekatan, lokasinya strategis, bisa sewa motor untuk keliling Ubud di sini, meskipun foodnya so so.

The food was delicious but the service was really slow. It was a busy night as the live band was playing salsa music and a dance studio was there dancing. The atmosphere was great and we had fun dancing salsa and bachata.

Excellent service staff, fun, funky decor with a beautiful rooftop pool. Drinks are a bit pricey and I'd avoid the bottom/basement rooms at end of the hallway (mine smelled mildewy, and they moved me immediately). Very big and comfortable room with in-room water and kettle. Comfy bed. Even provided toothbrushes in the bathroom. Centrally located near lots of shops, restaurants, ATMs, and the Monkey Forest. Front desk staff are very helpful.

Strategically located hotel with loads of restaurants and spas within a few hundred feet either sides.
Cons
Amenities in the room are limited. I had to follow up for getting two empty drinking water glasses
The breakfast spread in the morning is very very sub par. Expected better.
The serving staff in the restaurant area are not even fairly proficient in English, things need to be repeated twice thrice to get them to understand. Bali being a tourist spot frequented by people who speak English largely, it would be better if the staff had minimal working proficiency of English atleast.
Overall a fairly ambient, neat, clean, safe and good hotel with potential to improve better.

Clean tidy, although close to the main road traffic noise is minimal. Rooms lack kettle tea and coffee for that early morning hot drink. Breakfast falls a long way short of hot, except for eggs, fried, boiled or omelette.. Pool and rooftop bar are adequate. Restaurant /bar staff are helpful

really enjoyed our days here in ubud, thanks to MaxOne. strategic location near restaurants, minimarts, museum, and monkey forest; excellent hospitality; great food; amazing view from the rooftop; nice ambience. the room is very clean, tidy, and super comfy. i tried to use all the facilities while i was staying here, and i couldn’t expect anything better!
