kasurnya sie bed covernya bikin gatal gatal,
kamar mandinya licin bnget,
makanannya sie kurang memuaskan untuk hotel skelas ini
berhubung krn aku pesen yg kamar city view yg bisa diliat hanya gedung yang belum jdi sama atap mall,hahaah
pas check in kan disuruh nunggu dlu utk cek kamar,, nunggunya smpe stngh jam stngh jam entah krn kamarnya belum siap ato apa yah,, gak ngrti dh,, klo gak berulang-ulang nanya sama cs nya gak tau bisa nunggu brp lama,,

sore hari petugas kolam renang yg menyediakan handuk tidak berada di tempat dan sudah komplain ke resepsionis tidak ada tindakan nyata, nunggu 15-30menit padahal handuk ada dan dikunci. besok paginya handuk ga ready. sprei tidak sepenuhnya nutup kasur,cuma separoh aja,sisanya keliatan matras dan kasurnya langsung.sungguh tidak whorted dengan harganya yg mahal dan bintang berkelas dgn jaringan internasional.

Pelayanan check in dihandle FDA dg cepat. Kebersihan sudut ruangan di kamar maupun kamar mandi perfect. Fasilitas kolam renang bagus bgt. WIFI terkdg blackout dan ada kalanya lelet. But so far so good, kami sekeluarga sangat menikmati staycation di Mercure Banjarmasin.

Pd saat check in hrs menunggu 2 jam lebih br dpt kamar.. pd saat itu kami sdh lelah dan langsung ingin beristirahat.. tetapi hrs menunggu dgn alasan kamar blum siap.. dan pd saat menunggu tdk ada kejelasan brp lama kamar disiapkan. Dan sampai beberapa kali menanyakan kamar yg kami oesan sdh siap atau belum. Dan kami pun di acuhkan selama menunggu..

As one of the biggest hotel in town and a big brand hotel. it was very unfortunately that the service was below standard. Front desk agent has no empathy for guest. Unfortunately i got one of the defects room where the bath room door cant be close, tried to have maintenance guy to come and fixed it twice but still cannot be fixed, to the point why i asked if room move is possible. I tried to call front desk and the response was to call them back later because they are busy (i already informed them about this problems couple of times before). I always have to explain the problem but seems like no solution from them. I am the type of person that rarely sending a complaint to the hotel that i stayed but this time it’s very disappointing. It’s frustrating when u were facing a problem but have to explain it a million times.
Front desk totally not helpful nor friendly. Housekeeping and engineering are fast response, i think it was the only good experience i had.
Foods at the restaurant for breakfast are lack of choice. To pay 120k for a buffet there is not worth it, food also bland.

I really enjoyed my stay in Mercure Banjarmasin the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and accessible to the mall. This makes it very convenient for me to purchase necessities as well as food.

A bit complicated entrance, need twice elevator to reached your hotel room. Breakfast just average and just like two stars hotels. Mall and location was great, this hotel right in the center of the city.

Great hotel with a beautiful pool...of course once again our purpose to come here is swimming...but not only the pool...room,bathroom and the breakfast are also awesome...thx to miss.maudya and all mercure team who already gave surprise for my children...they love it so much

with good facility and mall is next door, i think this is one of the recommended hotels at Banjarmasin.
they need to put more variation food since too less option for breakfast
strategic location but a bit far from the airport
