I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in early March 2020. The hotel was opened recently, not sure when as some parts of the hotel are closed. In any case from my perspective the biggest plus to this hotel is the their staff is bilingual. I have been visiting Bengkulu for 3 years now and if it was not because I have friends there who are local, day to day would be very challenging as is hard to find anyone who speaks English or Spanish, the two languages I do know. In any case the hotel is big, beautiful and provides excellent accommodations and excellent service. The breakfast buffett available with your room rate or separate cost is great offering many western options for those who are Indonesian food challenged, i.e. me. Ther is an outdoor pool with a kiddie pool, a gym and a first class spa. The room are well appointed and the 9th floor rooms, which i stayed in, offered a splendid view of the city. All in all a great addition to the Bengulu Hotel landscape.
