During pandemic, I cannot travel as much as I used to, and I was not able to celebrate my parent anniversary either. As Accor Gold member, I would like to give a surprise to my parents and I booked this newly opened hotel. It was a great decision. My parents love it very much and they enjoy every second of their stay. This is absolutely the best Hotel in Bengkulu. I will visit it by myself when the pandemic is over.

Mercure Hotel is one of the newest hotel in Bengkulu City and we just had a very pleasant stay here. The Lobby interior and decoration is quite instagramable for young people to stay. We got a Superior room and the room is good, spacious, and clean. The room also have good addition of a sofa bed. Dont forget a nice touch with Bengkulu's famous Rafflesia flower on the wall, make you feel the locality of the hotel.

I really expected what I expect in the hotel, a typical mercure hôtel by Accor. Meet all my expectation from bed to the facilities. The service of the staff is a bit slow because of the occupancies, but they are friendly staffs and able to help u meet my demand. Everyone goes to bengkulu should stay here.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in early March 2020. The hotel was opened recently, not sure when as some parts of the hotel are closed. In any case from my perspective the biggest plus to this hotel is the their staff is bilingual. I have been visiting Bengkulu for 3 years now and if it was not because I have friends there who are local, day to day would be very challenging as is hard to find anyone who speaks English or Spanish, the two languages I do know. In any case the hotel is big, beautiful and provides excellent accommodations and excellent service. The breakfast buffett available with your room rate or separate cost is great offering many western options for those who are Indonesian food challenged, i.e. me. Ther is an outdoor pool with a kiddie pool, a gym and a first class spa. The room are well appointed and the 9th floor rooms, which i stayed in, offered a splendid view of the city. All in all a great addition to the Bengulu Hotel landscape.
