Suka bangeeet. Hotel di pinggir jalan tapi tenang, bisa istirahat sampe bangun kesiangan. Kamarnya besar dan nyaman banget. Recomended dan pasti akan nginep lagi disini 😊

A nice and cozy place to sleepover, clean and tidy, it may look classic on the outside, but the inside is so modern and updated, the staff are friendly.., its near kota station, definitely will comeback someday, thank you tiket.com, thank you mercure

req connecting door di aplikasi namun pas check in tidak disediakan, untuk makanan rasanya flat so so, namun cukup banyak varian jadi bisa pilih banyak menu😍, yg paling enak sih cake nya apalagi red velvetnya🤩, overall ok, kamar bersih nyaman

I ask for a non smoking room in a non smoking floor. Room 715 to be exact. However, the room was covered with smoke, definitely not a nonsmoking room. I asked to change room, but they said it was not possible because the hotel was full on that day.
For someone who is not smoking and not used to breathe in a space like that, definitely not a pleasant experience.
Despite of all that, the room was okay, the cleanliness was also okay.

Gak pernah kecewa kalau Stay di mercure everything was perfect. Suka sama makanan dan ambience nya, sengaja nginep disini pengen ngerasain hotel lama tapi rasa baru. Next will comeback again.

I am staying here as part of my quarantine for arriving into Indonesia. I am extremely impressed with how beautiful my hotel room is, how lovely the staff have been, and how professional and organised it is! I would like to thank all the staff for being so attentive and friendly, including mr faisal for looking after my food needs!! It is a truly beautiful room, the best i have actually ever stayed in! Thank you so much to all staff organising and who is a part of this, you have made my quarantine time as comfortable as you can. Thank you!

Comfortable room, friendly officer, excellent breakfast with many choices of cuisine, almost complete facilities and strategic location near Kota Tua Jakarta, also known as Old Batavia (Oud Batavia). I would like to thank to Mercure Batavia Team for the hospitalities such as Ms Charissa who is upgrade my room from deluxe to executive suite and the welcome drink, Mr. Hendra who is make my family comfortable while breakfast time and last Mr. Djati for the amenities and welcome card. The hospitalities for your team makes me and family honourable.

Food delivered to rooms under quarantine is terrible.
They don't even bother to heat it up.
Avoid eating at this hotel if possible
Rooms are nice, TV is giant, one lonely towel, refrigerator does not work

Thanks Mr Djati asmara Wijaya for the hospitality during my stay in Mercure Batavia the suite room is very nice and comfortable the service excellent......and the staff also veiry helpfull and very welcome.... I'll be back
