Mercure Jakarta Gatot Subroto

My Fiance I decided to go on a staycation this time. we've been "locked up" for the past few months during this pandemic, so yeah we needed something to freshen up. To be able to get a great experience we choose Mercure Gatot Subroto and we are more than pleased! what a Great place, Great Food and Great Service. Everything was sooooo great, we're so grateful we chose the right hotel. Big shout-out to your Sales Team named Ibu Hilma Hendriyani Director of Sales, she so helpful, they practically made our staycation more convenient. She was escorting us to show your beautiful hotel during our staycation. Thank you to all Mercure Gatot Subroto team, looking forward to stay in here again. Cheers!!!

I stayed here in mid-December when first arrived in Indonesia. I expected to go to Java Timur for the holiday period and then return to Jakarta. These days, nothing happens as we plan, right? I prevailed upon Pak Koko, the GM, to let me leave 3 bags behind (longer than their policy). He was very nice about it. Of course, it since transpired that I have no real need to go to Jakarta so, what to do about my bags? Bu Ina, GM of ibis Styles Malang, collaborated with Pak Koko to arrange shipment for me. No easy feat, these days. Then, Pak Roy, FOM of the Mercure, worked out the details with me and shipment was arranged. Within two days (!) all three bags arrived, impeccably packed and in perfect condition. This matter caused us a fair amount of grief (there was some fair value in one of the bags) and these folks really came through for us. Terima Kasih banyak to all!!

the hotel has perfect location in the middle of the city, and quite huge for Mercure brand. The facilities, service and the food was amazing!!! Well special mention to ikhsan one of the receptionist there who gave a warm welcome and not only that i saw him work 24 hours sometimes i saw him in the morning and night too.. Will comeback again with my partner someday!

This hotel is great to have spesial time with your family.. Cozy, Warm and Lovely place I've been visited.. Hopefully can be there again with the other friend or family spend the time to enjoy Jakarta.. Good Job Hotel Mercure Gatot Subroto!!

New accorhotels at Jakarta nearby exit tol Mampang. Elegant building with complete facilities such as swimming pool and gym, unfortunately the spa massage still closed due to pandemic. Good promotion rate for two nights stay on Saturday and Sunday with family. We happy to stay here this weekend. We got spacious executive room , wonderful view with reasonable upsell charge , because free minibar and mocca hot drink with machine inside. The bath room so nice with 90 degrees view to pancoran. Good atmosphere overall at lobby with humble reception staffs. I like breakfast menu such as lontong sayur, mie goreng jawa , even though no sausage. Oya , I like healthy drinks at Flora restaurant. Recommended for leisure in Jakarta , due to nearby Mall Kota Kasablanca and ambassador by car 15 minutes. Good implementation for healthy protocol, hand sanitizer everywhere.
