We didn't get the breakfast on day 1, because the receptionist didn't inform us that the restaurant is closed and we need to order for our breakfast by phone. After complaining, they finally give the money for breakfast substitution.
The room is looks very old with red ambience, the carpet looks dirty and they don't have mini refrigerator in the room, quite surprising for Mercure brand.
The annoying part is after 2 weeks since our stay, my Accor point is not added yet. I have sent email to them but no reply at all.
