Saya membeli voucher hotel di tiket.com selama 3 malam buat tamu saya,namun ketika tamu saya check in di katakan voucher belum di bayar, jd pihak hotel meminta kartu kredit tamu saya. Padahal semua voucher sudah saya lunasi ketika memesan melalui tiket.com dan saya telah menerima nota lunas. Setelah malam hari barulah pihak hotel dpt meng clearkan dg pihak tiket.com dg alasan mereka tdk bekerja sama dg pihak tiket.com dan karena tiket.com beli voucher tsb melalui agency luar negri. Saya jadi semakin bingung krn alasan demikian. Saya jadi malu sama tamu saya karena kejadian ini.

I booked the hotel on 8 January 2021 only for a night. I arrived in Makassar city after 12 hours long drive from Luwu utara, and it was so exhausted. FATIN the receptionist who helped me to check in, was extremely awesome I asked if it would be possible to check in earlier and she explained there is additional charge for early check in. But I am sure that the hotel was not fully booked so I asked for help if I do it early as I am one of the ACCOR Loyalty member. She recognized it and politely explain to me that there’s a room available with 2 single bed. I accepted it and that’s ok because all I needed just sleep. I went to the room and I saw the team has prepared the amenity and welcome note for me it was so clever and so hospitable. Also, Thanks to IKRAM who I believe the room attendant who I found in the floor and being so helpful to me and gave me couple of shaving kit and soaps.
The only thing I’d like to share for HOUSEKEEPING team that the room is a bit moldy and the body fat was stained the wall in the bathroom. I hope that in the future they could’ve cleaned more as it was bit brown underneath the wall in the standing shower. Over all it was amazing stay and everybody I have encountered during my stay was helpful and nice.
I would definitely recommended this new hotel to people out there! Thank you!

We are very enjoy with the Mercure hotel, all we can get in this hotel, the location near from anywhere, the service excellent, the room and the hotel area very clean and comfort. All facility excellent and very recomended to stay here.

the hotel design is good, especially the concept of the receptionist desk which is shaped like a ship which makes the concept of this hotel very unique, just my opinion the lobby is not cold enough. The standard of the covid protocol is very strict starting from the entrance to checking body temperature and the pens used by guests are taken from the box illuminated by UV. the service is very friendly, especially mba may who handled me at that time. in terms of the breakfast menu in my opinion it is sufficient because it is served by buffet during the pandemic, most others hotels deliver breakfast to guest rooms and in my opinion it is not worth it. and thanks to Mas Safri who was very helpful in carrying my goods to the room.

Living in Mercure Makassar sent one of the great hospitality in Town, Asrul as the reservation agent helps me well in term of making the reservation truly smootly, neither to Yosua in Reception really good in taking care of my check-in process nor Febby in Restaurant superb great in taking care all of my Beverages (she noted very well to what I need in term of Less Sugar and Ice for my special Watermelon Juice). Hopefully to see you guys in the next occasion!

I was stay at this hotel before, it was clean, have excellent service and the reception very very friendly. it was a nice experience to stay in there for a while but need improvement for the wifi connection
