Stuck di lift selama kurang lebih 10 menit. Sudah berkali-kali menekan tombol emergency tapi tidak ada response, penanganan lambat. Menelpon pihak hotel dari dalam lift, tidak diangkat. Untung kita ditolong oleh supir gocar yang menjemput. Beliau langsung memberitahu security diluar agar menangani konsumen yang stuck di lift.

It's always been a nice experience staying here. Fast and simple check in and check out process, served by friendy and helpfull staff. Good and complete facilities, fresh and healthy area, with outdoor activity for children.

Great place for family gateway. My kids have different activities they can do. Good size pool. Awesoome sunrise and sunset view. Coming here during pandemic is reviving the soul. Will I come back? Yes... is is worth of my money? Yes. Improvement: no pizza . Our family like to eat western stuff.. the choice is limited.

Another wonderful experience with Mercure Manado. They never failed us everytime we stayed there. This visit we booked 3 rooms and spent 4 nights with our guests from UAE. Me and my guests were amazed with their services and VIP treatment. Yes you read it right 'VIP treatment'because all of us felt as VIP with the way they treated us. Their guest services level has been increased year by year. Our rooms facing to the swimming pool so it's relaxing when you sit at the balcony just enjoying the view and the breeze.
The facilities were great and my favorite spot always the swimming pool. Our guests also enjoy the morning walk in the lagoon and surrounding area. It's really refreshing, rejuvenating, and relaxing.
The breakfast buffet spread out was lavished and many varieties to choose. They also have live cooking station for Manado porridge 'Tinutuan', instant noodle and some fritters. Fresh juices also available during breakfast. Although we stayed for 4 nights but we never get bored with their breakfast buffet. It's recommended to book room inclusive breakfast.
I am so glad that all my guests also enjoyed their stay. Highly recommended and thank you very much for another wonderful and memorable stay with Mercure Manado. See you again in our next vacation.

Spent a night for celebrating brother's birthday. Reception was very proffesional, check in was quick. Big thanks for Sunny and their team to arranged the birthday surprise.
Room are big, comfy, and clean.
Pool was awesome.
We enjoyed the stay very much.

Only stayed one night because we had a bad experience staying here...first we didn't get a room as we promised when we made a reservation..they gave us a room with terrace which have direct access to the pool but that was just bad..on this room floor there was no privacy, anyone can sit on you terrace. Second, we found an unknown small worm near the water heater inside our room, disgusting!, Next day we opened our room in the morning to access the pool from terrace and there was a cat s**t right at front of door along with food waste and some plastic trash from nowhere..really disgusting...
For us the good things from this hotel is the view you can see sunrise and sunset also great pool and great breakfast. That's all..
