Ternyata Perbedaan Class deluxe dan superior ga ada..
foto dtraveloka seperti deluxe lebih mewah..
tp pas di lokasi ternyata cuma beda dr viewnya saja.. yg mana padahal view dsini itu ga ada Yg bagus²

Saya sangat kecewa dengan pelayan nya.dari recepsionist bernama suci,bisa bisa nya berbicara kasar sama sesama tim nya saat sedang melayani saya pas check in.sangat sombong.
Untuk restaurant sangat buruk.untuk pelayanan sarapan antar ke kamar saya sudah mau bayar,untuk menu hanya di kasih 2 menu.pdahal sebelum nya saya menginap saya bisa dapat 4 menu,alasan nya staff nya salah,nggak mungkin kesalahan berkali kali,kesalahan itu hanya sekali.
Sudah bayar hotel mahal,tambahan biaya sarapan mahal,di tambah pula pelayanan sangat buruk yang di dapat. Hotel bintang 5,pelayanan dan sarapan bintang 1.

I stayed for about 2 month with colleague for bussines trip, they consist to implement health protocol during pandemic. Their staff's are friendly and helpful, my sugestion better improve the breakfast either taste and variant. Warm reagards for all staff at Mercure Padang :)

My family and I found ourselves stranded in Padang when the island we called home went into sudden lockdown during the pandemic. We are foreign workers here. What was supposed to be a 7 day stay at the Mercure, ended up being 3 months! Our home country was too far away and flights became impossible. We had no choice but to stay on but the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They moved us into a much larger room so that our kids would have their own beds, the restaurant staff would frequently entertain our children and play with them. I don’t have all the words to express how grateful we are to our “Mercure family” who loved on our 3 little kids and did their best daily to ensure we were safe and had all we needed. They updated us regularly on how the lockdown situation was evolving in the city as well as the country. The operations manager, Pak Fery, particularly was amazing and extremely gracious. Everyone from the front office to restaurant staff and housekeeping were top-notch! No complaints whatsoever. The rooms were cleaned well, even their Executive Chef, made us special meals to help us during our very long stay. The entire management staff even threw us a special dinner the night before we left when the lockdown was finally lifted! They hold a special place in our hearts and we look forward to seeing them again. Thank you, Mercure Padang!!

My family was there for a short vacation, my brother was driving from pekanbaru to padang, we arrived in the morning and Ms. Intan was kind enough to let us in before the checkin time, because we were exhausted as hell after 10 hours sat in the car. Thank you for your sincere kindness Ms. Intan and other nice employees.. Good job mercure

One day business trip to Padang. Great Location near the sea front so able to watch the sun set and local atmosphere. Food okay and service good. They also implementing protocols related to guests who arrive for check-in, which is ok.

Weekend getaway to Bukittinggi.
We choose this hotel because of the review given by “NOC” on YouTube.
Was very disappointed with the lack of communication with the staff internally.
1) we called the operator and asked what time the gym closed and they told us at 11pm. We came down at 9:15pm and to our disappointment, it’s closed at 9pm. We went to the lounge for a drink. We were greeted and welcomed by a fantastic staff Rahmat. Very knowledgeable and great service. Good job.
2) we got back to the hotel from a 3 hour drive and it was at about 12:10 midnight. We went to the reception and ask if the restaurant is still open and what time it closes. I was told that the restaurant closes at 1am. So, we went to the restaurant at about 12:15am and to our surprise, they told us it’s closed and they are setting up for breakfast.
The hotel management definitely need to look into this matter. If it says close at 1am, I assume the last order is 12:30am. So, 12:15am is still acceptable. We were very hungry and disappointed.
We would like to thank Rahmat who actually help us by recommending places to go and visit at Bukittinggi. He is very professional and knowledgeable. The best service I had so far at mercury hotel.
The management definitely needs to look into this matter.
