pertama kali nginep disini fasilitas ok pelayanan ramah tapi sayang hair dryer nya rusak padahal aku nginep di kamar previlege dan aku males komplain orangnya jd cuma review disini aja 😁

Check in agak lama, datang jam 13.00 baru dapat kamar 14.30. Itupun kita yg bertanya apakah kamar sudah siap, padahal mau dikabari tapi tidak ada kabar jam 14.00. Request kamar dengan connecting door pada saat pemesanan tapi fully booked infonya. Dari 3 kamar hanya 1 yg AC nya dingin, kemudian ternyata ada pemberitahuan maintenance AC keesokan harinya pada saat hotel penuh dengan tamu.
Diluar yg disebutkan diatas, pelayanan & fasilitas sangat baik. Di ruang tunggu ada PlayStation yg sangat menarik bagi anak-anak. Makan pagi sangat enak dengan variasi menu & kesigapan pelayanan pada saat menu habis langsung diisi kembali.

Overall kurang menyenangkan karena fasilitas pool saat itu maintenance padahal tujuan staycation nya bawa anak anak berenang. Lalu saat upgrade kamar ke privillege, kamar nya AC nya bocor jadi harus panggil engineering untuk vacuum AC nya, agak bising pastinya :) ; lalu saat mau breakfast dijelaskan bahwa untuk anak hanya 1 saja yg included, walau ujungnya tidak ada charge tambahan mungkin bisa di lihat dulu anak yg kita bawa umur berapa :D, less than 1 year and 2 years old, they just eat perhaps cookies or porridge with small portion , that's all, kecuali anak anak diatas 6/7th, pastinya aware untuk charge tambahan hehehe.
Overall kamar ya selayak nya hotel, bagus..

Nice place to stay with family with good health protocol. Good swimming pool like little infinity pool. I stayed in smoking room, but it didnt smell like smoking room. And the reception staffs were so friendly. Highly recommended!

i stayed for 2nights on weekend for staycation with my bf, and i really recommend this hotel. the room spacious, clean and everything good. special thanks to Lila, she's super kind and helpful and also she's always smiling. good work lila!

Me and my family stat for two days, I really enjoyed staying here. The hotel is a really nice place for staycation around tangerang. Thanks to Lila, she’s so kind and really helpful when I asked something. Looking forward to stay here again!

This was my first time stayed in mercure serpong, Really nice and love the vibes. from the receptionist and all the staff are very friendly esp thanks to Ms. Lila she was so helpful, mau direpotin untuk bantu dekor hehe definetely will comeback really soon!!

Good rooms, nice breakfast, and comfy hotel. The staff are very nice service with a smile, most specially to Lila, she was very kind and helpfuly. Highly recommended for staycation here! The best choice for family or with friends
