The location is good since city center and foodie area area like walking distance. Unfortunately the room cleanliness is very bad, the room is very tiny. The bed sheet and pillow are dirty as well. Even the manager was not friendly when i tried to take pictures at their restaurant.

Right after i enter the room and opened the toilet, there are SO MANY small roaches it’s freaking disgusting. Really scared that the roaches will climb up my body when i sleep. The room smells like wet socks that’s been keep for 3 weeks.

I stayed three nights with my family and we did enjoy the stay. The hotel is closed to the city, walking distance. You can easily find the local street food.
The room is not big for standard room but we got a pretty big one as we choose the executive suite. However, the price is really excellent for value.
We have ordered the Ala carte in the restaurant and the taste was fine. The waiters are very friendly.
Good sleep and recommended.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and they have very good and friendly hospitality and services. All staffs are trained well and helpful.
I stayed at level 6 and it was really nice room. The room price is excellent for value and the location wise is really strategic.
Easy to find the local food during the night time.
The hotel has a roof top cafe and we can see the city view.
I have stayed a few hotels in Pontianak and this one is recommended in term of good hospitality, price and location.
Recommended and two thumbs up.

I try this hotel for my business trip, but the room that they gave me is not so clean. they need to put more attention to cleanness. but the staffs were pretty nice. lots of parking spaces for parking, lots of smokers.
