Saya memesan kamar family suite melalui aplikasi tiket.com, setalah sampai hotel dan ingin check in saya di beri kamar superior, dengan alasan bahwa kamar saya pesan melalui aplikasi tiket.com salah harga.
dan di sarankan untuk menambah duit jika ingin upgrade kamar...
Hasilnya, saya tambah duit utk upgrade kamar... dan saya telah membuat laporan ke pihak tiket.com. Tpi tidak ada tindak lanjut...sampai saya check out.
Disini saya merasa sangat dirugikan oleh tiket.com.-

The room is small and quite clean, it is located on the city center, and the price is good. The room is smelly and lack of ventilation. The plus is this hotel has responsive staffs. And it has a reasonably-priced restaurant on its rooftop.

Untidy, not really clean for lowest price room. too small room for two persons. Unprepared after cleaning time. there's no towel, no soap. and still stink. You may really to make sure the room is very clean enough before check in.

Been staying at this hotel for couple times, indeed the best hotel you can possibly find in sintang, 30 mins from the airport.
Room was Ok, Cafe at 3rd floor was nice for chill n have some beer.
If u go to sintang this is the only place that i can recommend since the others are preety outdated.

Reasonable price. The staff were friendly. The internet connection was good. The hotel is good only for a short stay. There's a live music at the restaurant. It's quite entertaining since there's nothing at the city. Well... that's all I can say.

It is a new hotel and the only hotel with proper, friendly, and professional hospitality in Sintang. The room is big and clean, not smelly and no biting bug.
(I have ever stayed in several hotels in Sintang and always face the bug and smell problems mostly.)
This hotel has good chef with nice food, try the salted egg-Chicken (very commended) and the other Korean food choices.
I recommend this hotel truly.
